Lionel Trains - The Polar Express People Pack, O Gauge, People: Santa, Billy, Hero Girl, Hobo

The media could not be loaded. I have been gradually adding more accessories, but these ones are very well made with great attention to detail. They are the perfect size and look awesome on my polar express display under my Christmas tree.I cannot wait to collect them all!FYI: these are not toys for kids, they are toys for adults. lolHappy holidays !

They are really small which we knew they would be for a train but they are so expensive. One of them the leg keeps popping off. My son will not return them because he loves them so much!

I thought these things were awesome. Perfect for the kids to play with around the x-mas tree when the train is scooting around. The figures are small but very detailed. It's also really cool that all the joints and limbs move. The kids can't get enough of them. Careful with small kids though, they are small.

The item is not of great quality. The articulation and detail is a little on the cheesy side, although the figures are at least recognizable and at least worth it to see my son playing with them and the train together with the figures that came with the train set. He even lovingly has taken them on car trips and spent hours playing with them, repeating the character's lines and singing the songs from the movie. They are not action figures however and have a hard time propping up by themselves, which can be a drawback. I thought they were a little small at first but upon further reading of the description I found that the item is intended for use with the O gauge train which thankfully is what I bought. Be aware of this when looking for add-on sets for the G gauge set, they will be too small for the bigger G train. I definitely recommend adding these on to your O gauge set if your child loves Polar Express! My boy is 10 and this is the perfect age for these items, and they will be used and cared for for years.

First: decent model railroad stuff is crazy expensive, and so are decent dollhouse minis and decent anything else to do with any kind of small scale model hobby. Is it *really* worth $26 for a few very small plastic caribou? Only if you want detailed small plastic caribou to go in a 1:48 (O scale) miniature project (which I did) and you don't have the skill to make your own (which I don't). So I bought these, because Amazon had the best price for them. I was pleased enough that I even bought a second set.

Their so tiny and the faces look deformed. For the money I don't feel they were worth adding to my polar express train

Had to have all the characters especially Santa clause. Nice figures. Completes are train set. I do recommend.

These figures are very nice to have because their face are similar to the characters in the movie. One of the engineers do not have the long beard though. That was the first thing my grandson mentioned because that was a funny scene in the movie of the engineer's beard being pulled. They do have movable joints, but they are delicate. Since I purchased the Polar Express train, I thought these characters would make a great addition. My grandson was ecstatic!
