Same as picture. I ordered these to make sure I know my size. My nose is small and my piercings are closer to the opening of my nostrils so the 8mm fit me perfect! I gave the bigger sizes 10mm,12mm to my nephew which fit him better because his nose is bigger and his piercing is further away from the opening of his nostrils. Overall this was a good buy especially when trying to figure out your size!!

I wasn't sure of the mm I needed for my nose hoop so this was great to find my exact size. Make sure you don't have the hoop too tight or it will slowly start slicing down your nose.. ( I made that mistake)

I've been wanting to try a hoop in my nose, but it's hard to figure out what size will fit...found this set and as so happy that I purchased it. Not only do you get different sizes, but different styles too! It makes it easy to figure out what size and style you prefer. I'm wearing the medium hoop. The small does fit, but just barely. Great quality and doesn't irritate my nose. I am sensitive to metals, so the surgical stainless steal is a must for me.

I somehow lost my nose ring in my sleep so I was needing to buy new jewelry. I was really hesitant to buy these because my nose is sensitive to cheap metal. These do not bother my skin at all! I am also amazed by how many come in the set. There is something for everyone! Great jewelry and a great price!

my nose got infected really bad within an hour of me putting the ring in my nose. To the point where I got stuck in my nose there’s no way that that is surgical steel because my new hoop there is real surgical steel did not do that to my nose

The nose rings are decent enough with a variety of sizes to choose from. However the metal is thin enough and so bending them to take them off and put them back on eventually causes them to lose the round shape. Additionally, the black ones eventually chip to reveal the silver metal underneath.
