Cuisinart CFGS-150 Folding Grill Stand

I just received this item yesterday and opened the box immediately. It comes in a relatively small form factor and is very easy to assemble. The only items you need to attach are the 3 hooks for hanging utensils and the Cuisinart gas grill. It is very sturdily constructed with a snug holder for a gas tank with a locking mechanism to hold the tank in place. You simply unfold and expand the stand unit and lock it in place. It takes only a few minutes for assembly. Even the gas grill locks into the folding stand with 2 swivel latches. There is even a hook in the back to hold the gas cable from the tank so it doesn't flap around.I am truly impressed with the sturdy construction as I expected something flimsier. Assembly was astonishingly easy and didn't require instructions. I even figured what the hooks were for and where to place them without instructions.If you own the Cuisinart gas grill you certainly can't go wrong with this for home use. It can even be folded back to original size for transport to a picknick or tailgate party. It sits low but when you place the gas grill on the stand it reaches the perfect height.This is another buy from Amazon that I am truly glad I made!

Solid construction, easy and quick setup. Perfect for car camping, folds up easily and stows nicely taking little room. The complete unit sits solidly on level ground and does not rock or tip easily. As shown in the photos the stand does fit the Cuisinart CGG-306 Chef's grill quite nicely with but a tiny bit of fore/aft movement only when scrubbing the grate after use.The height is just about right for me as I am at about 6 foot or so. Now, for the folks with reviews that have had pinched fingers, broken spot welds and can find any plethora of ideas to reinvent this mousetrap, have at it as any mechanical device can be admonished in it's design and improved upon... Go for it and build the better mousetrap. For now, accept it for the best product and design on the market that it is and keep your fingers out of the bad places for now, operate the device with respect to it's design and be happy. I personally, expect many years of trouble free use from this simple and useful piece of imagination.

I purchased this stand for my Cuisinart CGG-200 portable grill. Once it is assembled it is really sturdy and it folds up pretty nicely. I mostly use it for tailgating at the Phillies stadium. Once everything is together, it almost looks too nice to have at a tailgate. It also holds a 20 lb tank really well and I like that they included a holder for the tank.My only minor complaint is that there is not mechanism to keep the stand folded together. I tends to flop around during transportation. To remedy this for now, I wrap it with a bungie cord. So far that has worked well.

It's a good design with decent materials but some of the spot welds are not very good. I had to fix mine in a few spots to make it sturdy. Now it works fine. Typical China quality.

Quick assembly. Well packaged. Good looking product. Seems very sturdy.Note that a Cuisinart CGG-306 table top grill WILL NOT fit this stand as-is. The grill is about 3 1/2" wider than the top of the stand. However, the top of the grill stand is flat, so you can just put a table top of your choice on it to accommodate the grill. Minimum dimensions for the table top would need to be 14 1/2" X 20 1/2". With a longer top, you would have some work surface to place platters, meats, etc.It would have been nice if casters were included, but they're not. Just rubber feet/pads. Shouldn't be too hard to install casters I suppose.The Cuisinart grilling guys confirmed that they do not make a stand that fits the CGG-306. They are very helpful if you have questions... This grill stand fits the Cuisinart gas grill perfectly and keeps a large 30 pound gas bottle off the ground. It is most attractive and serves to form a perfect picture when used with the Cuisinart gas grill.This stand creates the perfect cooking height and it is very sturdy. This stand also helps make cooking a pleasureable event.When used outdoors this stand appears to weather exceptionally well. After eight plus months of use, neither rust nor fading has occurred.I am truly pleased with this product and recommend it highly.

I have the BG036, and took a chance on this even though it says it is not compatible. I am able to rest the grill on the stand and it is sturdy enough that it will say on the stand. Of course if you knock it over, it will fall off. Don't be stupid about it and it works. I love how the stand can be folded up and taken with you, there is zero assembly required and works right out of the box

There is a space at the bottom for a large tank, which we have since bought. The tool hooks make this very convenient for hanging the peel and the pizza turners. Very solid stainless steel construction.
