Yum!
Most of these meals are delicious. The Mac m cheese I can so without, it’s GROSS! Vegetable stew was so so. But I liked 12 of the others, and the two I absolutely LOVE are BBQ chicken and cheese $ basil ravioli. Because of the variety, I will keep buying this 16 variety so I would have a good selection to choose from.I’m on the HMR diet plan for the 2nd time in 7 years. O had ;pst 30 lbs the first time, and was able to keep most of it off for most of the time. Thus past year with the pandemic, I found myself eating foods I knew weren’t good for me and couldn’t go walking. Gained mist of it back, but I’m proud to say I’ve lost 12 lbs so far. And my goal is ro lose 40 more. Once I reach that goal, then I’l. Yjrdr meals and their program is so much better than WW or any others that are out there.l decide if I want to Lise even more.

HMR v. NutriSystem and Lean Cuisine
I use these HMR entrees as a part of a low calorie, high protein, high fiber diet. I've also used NutriSystem foods and Lean Cuisine frozen entrees in the past and will try to compare them based on my needs and preferences. Hope it helps.HMR v. Nutrisystem: Similar protein, fiber, and calorie count. I find HMR to be tastier (NutriSystem requires a LOT of salt to make it palatable for me) and about as filling as NS. The pasta in HMR is not nearly as mushy as NS. HMR from amazon is easier to purchase, costs less (especially with subscribe and save), and doesn't require that phone call to cancel - where they will try to talk you out of it. HMR cooks faster in the microwave, too. NS has a bigger variety especially if you like breakfasts, sweets, snacks, and shakes.HMR v. Lean Cuisine: HMR is much more filling but not quite as tasty. I think Lean Cuisine puts a lot of calories into sauces but it isn't as satisfying, as in "not enough food." LC often comes with a side of veg where HMR suggests you supplement their meals with fresh vegetables. You can find Lean Cuisine in your local grocery store. When on sale, LC can be cheaper but at the regular price (at least around here) about the same cost. LC has to be kept frozen while HMR is shelf-stable, making HMR much easier for taking to work or traveling.Bottom line, HMR is my choice for quick, nutritious, portion-controlled entrees to include in my overall diet. A nutritionist once asked what the hardest part of dieting is for me. Simple...being hungry. HMR makes watching my weight so much easier and enjoyable.

Quick easy meal
These are great for a quick tasty meal at work, and you don't have to worry of refrigerating them or keeping them frozen. I eat them with a bag of chips and some cookies from home, and there is a variety of flavors so it isn't the same thing every day. It could use a bit more in the size of the meal, at least for me, since I am not using them for weight management, but they are good for the price you pay per meal.

Helps to control overeating
I love the flavors. You need to add sugar free puddings, sugar free flavored coffees along with extracts and you have plenty of flavorful options. The products help me to get back on track with eating and I find it much easier to stick with this plan then just limiting my food choices. It helps with my weight loss needs when I have gotten off track with a healthY lifestyle. The entrees are also a must because I did crave solid foods and although the portions are small-they do the job.Although expensive the meal replacements are worth it!

Too salty...pass
So so salty. I’m only able to eat half of what’s in the tray. Right now the only one I would buy again is the chicken enchilada one, rest I had to season like crazy to mask the salt. Gonna try the lasagna today, but I’ve gone through about 10 already. It’s super convenient tho, only takes a min. So if the nutrition label has what you need, worth a try. I’m most often left unsatisfied - even the Mac & cheese one. That one was biggest disappointment, wanted to like it so much - I mean it’s Mac & cheese, oh well.

Much better than expected!
I am working to control my diabetes through exercise and diet. I work up to 60 hours a week and just don't have time to cook fresh, nutritious meals and frozen stuff makes me gag. I tried these on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. There is a lot of emphasis on pasta, not my favorite thing. But everything is edible/palatable and with five minutes of prep makes a wonderful complete meal. I use the chili over brown rice and top it with fresh peppers from the garden. The mushroom Risotto I top with a grilled portabella mushroom and a couple of ounces of thin sliced beef. The lentil stew I chop some smoked ham or turkey on top, and add some fresh onion and tomatoe. So it's all good. All of the uses above bring the calorie count to between 300 and 350. My only complaint is there are no breakfast options. Give it a chance, dress it up or down depending on time and tastes.

preparation
My review is based on my own likes & dislikes. The meals are easy to prepare. Pop in the microwave for 1 to 1:15 min. & your done. No taking out - stirring - putting back in - heating some more. I got the 16 variety pack & all the meals were tasty; the mac & cheese could have used more mac & thicker & less cheese; it was more like mac & cheese soup but passable. The heating instructions say to put the tray back in the box after lifting the corner of the film, I'm guessing that this is to make it easier to remove from the microwave after heating & it's a good idea

Totally satisfied with product!
Each entree was flavorful and satisfying. The quality of the ingredients stood out. No other weight loss meal comes close for value and taste.
