perfect and nice design to display Indian pottery

Not the prettiest but it holds my crystal sphere well. It's solid and stable and well-made - never scared of anyone knocking it down. It is pleasantly nondescript, so it would work with into any decor. For reference, my crystal is 8 inches in diameter and I believe it could easily hold one several inches larger. However, a much smaller one might fall into the opening more.

Great looking small stand, but too small for my gazing ball

I was looking for a display stand for a very spherical stone I found on a recent hike. I bought this stand and it worked out pretty well. I am a little concerned about the 29 lb rock the stand is supporting. It may be a little too much weight for this particular stand. It's holding it up and displaying it at the moment. It's so sturdy and attractive little stand.

This stand fits wonderfully with my ball. It's very sturdy and love how it looks. I am very pleased. I will definitely be recommending to friends!

Item was very small, sat low to the ground. Very displeased

I purchased two of these to hold my precious (precious to me, that is!) crystal spheres. Both stands arrived with sharp pieces caused by not polishing or completing the finish. I do NOT want metal scratches on my crystals. I had to get out a hand grinder and after about 2 and a half hours, I had the edges smoothed out. Of course, that ground away the finish, too, so now I have to find something to at least color the edges. I won't do this again - my arm hurts and I used three of my little polishing attachments. No way do I want to go through all that again! The first two photos are the 'before' and the second two are the 'after.' Obviously, I am not a professional. The people that make these could've easily run a finishing tool around the insides.

Needed it for my gazing ball with my flowers!
