I can not believe the difference from taking these. I started on Monday of this week. They make me full and I eat smaller meals. I have energy and I am able to go up and down stairs without pain. I have lost 3 pounds so far!

Just started taking these supplements and I did experience itchy skin. I have reduced my dosage in 1/2 and I haven’t experience the itching. Not sure if I will repurchase.
