Not bad for the price
Works well cooling off my netbook. The internal fan wasn't putting through enough air by itself and this fan has helped cool it down. I would have given it 5 stars but out of the box the fan was rubbing against the housing. It was cured by twisting the housing back and forth. Once I took care of the rubbing it has been extremely quiet.

USB plug in doesn't work well. The pad doesn't work well on your lap, and the pad mesh screen will fall in causing the fan to stop if it is plugged in.

I bought this on a whim because I game on a laptop and honestly it's useless. Doesn't fit under a 15" laptop at all, fan doesn't move any air, the usb plug is a joke and if you aren't paying attention you could easily cut yourself on it. I didn't expect much from this product and I was right not to. ended up into the trash.
