Good strong leather uppers. Solid safety toe. Waterproof only to the elastic, but slip on convenience worth it's weight in gold! Runs a little large, but this work in my favor for the custom Orthotics that I use. Just remove the stock insoles, then use a flat insole like dr. Sholes then place your custom or the stock back in on top.

The ankle part of the boot is extremely loose. The footbed fit great but when I walked, my foot would almost fall out. The only type of person that would get a good fit is someone who has a wide foot with large ankles. Still would have to go a size or size and a half down depending the width you need. Do not recommend at all. Most people would never get the right fit.

Throgood has been around for decades. Unfortunately these boots are not true to size.
