It felt like a bit of a gamble spending so much on paper. However after using it once so far on some smoked brisket I can say I will not think twice on buying more when the time comes. Use it wisely and enjoy the juicy tender meat that this paper helps create

I’m so extremely pleased with this butcher paper, so important for a good smoked meat.Little on the expensive side but I’d rather spend a little more and have the perfect smoked, tender and juicy meat.Highly recommended!

Really nice quality butcher's paper. I sued it a couple of times over Christmas indoors and it was excellent for wrapping a turkey breast and protecting it in the oven. Even used it to wrap a couple of parcels!!But waiting now for the end of lockdown to get friends around and some decent weather to use it porperly in the smoker.Yes it's pricey ... but feel the quality!

High quality paper in a handy tube for storage. I like the fact that there's no ink or anything on the paper that can potentially leak into your meat. Will definitely re-order when I run out.

This is the best used for brisket and short ribs did the job perfectly

its really useful, cover your meat with it whilst its warming to keep the flies off, cover your meat whilst its smoking or resting. Does the job nicely.
