Poster Art House United States USA Push Pin Map Framed (Premium Black Wood Frame) Kitchen

I ordered the framed map so my wife and I could pin all the places we had been across the country. We had been watching the price, because like all things on Amazon the price fluctuates almost daily and when it went low we bought it.Package was delivered fast, as expected. First off I want to say when I got the package off the front porch I was to excited to look over the packing for damage. I opened the box, this thing was carefully packaged, had extra layers of cardboard, foam on the corners and a nice paper cover of the face of the map. I was impressed at the care taken to pack and of course there was a giant fragile sticker on the box.The map was excellent quality and good enough detail for what we wanted. The black frame looked good and sturdy. This thing was huge. I had read the measurements but not until I actually had it in my hands did I realize how great a purchase this was.......I laid the poster down to take a picture to send to the wife to let her know it had came in and that's when I saw it..an indention the size of Missouri ( and I know this because it covered the state of Missouri). The light had hit it just right and I could see the dent almost right in the middle of the map. I grabbed the box, flipped it over and sure enough right in the middle was a fist sized hole in the box ( I've worked in shipping before and this looked to be where the box had fell on a corner of a much harder object and impaled the shopping box). The damage could have been much worse but due to all the extra care they took packing the map was still usable, just not as pretty as I had once thought. After the wife got home, she was very displeased with it so I emailed PosterArtHouse ( fully expecting nothing or maybe a slight refund). After less then 12 hours I had a return email apologizing for the damaged product and that a replacement map would be sent out immediately. 2 days later I received a perfect replacement framed map. I can't say enough how pleased we are with the customer service and the product itself.

I got this for my husband for our first anniversary (ya know, paper) so that we could track all our travels as a married couple, and he really loved it. He wanted to put it up immediately and put pins in it. I thought $75 was a lot to spend on map, but when I compared it to other framed push pin options, this was the most reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality when I opened it. Additionally, the seller did an EXCELLENT job packing it. It arrived undamaged despite FedEx's best effort to destroy it. (They left it out in the rain as opposed to taking to additional ten steps it would have taken to leave it on the porch!)

Short Review - You can make one of these yourself or buy it premade! I priced out the frame and poster and backing and buying it premade only cost a little more. Worth saving my labor!Pros1.) This is a beautiful map! I can't wait to start pinning our past travels. In the description, it says that the map comes with pins, and one of the pictures for the product shows a box of 100 pins. This would lead one to believe that 100 pins would be included in the package. There were 27 pins included, found in a small ziploc bag. Again, I know the description doesn't specify how many pins you will receive, but the picture is very misleading. Other than that, it's a great product!

I was going to make one, but by the time I would have bought a map, cork or poster board this size and a frame not to mention the push pins this is a way better value and the work is done for you. It very nice, the quality is great and it’s the perfect size. I bought this as a gift for my husband. We plan to put it in our travel trailer and mark all the places our adventures lead us. Very sturdy, packaged well, no damage. I did buy extra push pin, like other reviews have mentioned, you don’t get very many. Overall Great buy!

As advertised. The included marking thumbtacks are a bit flimsy and you'll need more than what comes with the map. We like it so far.

I bought this map for my 10 year old son after his second annual road trip with his grandpa. This is a very high quality map and although it's for my child, it would definitely look nice in an office or other professional setting. My only complaints are that it comes with very few pins and it's pretty glossy so a tad hard to see the pins. Those tiny complaints aren't enough to keep me from giving it 5 stars though. Just be sure to order a package of extra pins.

Absolutely love this! My parents are retired and have been traveling the states the last couple years. My dad loves showing us where he has been and this map was a perfect gift for him! As soon as he opened it, he was marking all the places they have traveled. It is HUGE and beautifully framed.
