Straightforward honest clock, nothing fancy, no frills, and manages to be very elegant in its simplicity.Very clean design, nothing to suggest cost cutting.Made by a ( British ) company that obviously takes pride it its products , even to the extent that the box it came in was strong and the clock securely held in with screws and washers. Got just the right colour to match wallpaper, nice shape,too

I was promoted to write a review for a similar clock purchased via another retailer (which was a budget version of this one and had a few flaws). I realised then I had not commented on this one, which is a very nice clock. It's smaller than I expected but it seems well made. The colour banding is a bright red and true to the image. The band fits smoothly against the rim (my issue with the cheaper version from elsewhere was a buckling of the rim). The numbers are clear and it keeps good time. It loses maybe 30 seconds every couple of months. The tick is loud. I never realised my previous clock was silent. I like the vintage look and chose it for that plastic look, so it's not a posh clock. Overall I recommend it as a kitchen clock and am pleased with it so far.

Perfect size and style for our kitchen

Despite the acrylic finish the clock is classically fashionable. It’s a dark/mid grey colour, not that you d notice when it is up on the wall. It looks good, unaffected by steam in the kitchen, which is the plus. You will notice a slight ticking sound on quiet moments, that sounds like a tap dripping. Other than that, during normal service it goes un noticed. I’d buy again, if it failed, but I doubt that will happen anytime soon.

It's a pretty chunky clock with alot of depth to stand proud from the wall. The vintage look is complete with off white face and clock curves. I only purchases for my bathroom as all plastic and wouldn't rust. I like a clock tick but this is too loud for most rooms.

I needed wall clock for my sewing/ironing/craft room where I could visually see the clock at a glance.This 22.5cm (9inch) square clock fits perfectly in the (10 inch) space above my window. The face markings are clear and it keeps time perfectly. I chose the grey surround as it is a neutral colour and it blends in well with my décor. Very happy with my purchase.

Die Uhr ist absolut Lautlos. Sie hat keinen Funkempfänger, was uns aber nicht stört. Wir haben sie in der Küche an der Wand. Ich kann diese Uhr absolut weiterempfehlen.

Un orologio che ti fa vedere l'ora anche da lontano ed è abbastanza piacevole nel design e robusto nei materiali. Nessun ticchettio ed assolutamente silenzioso. Desumo che quanti affermano "rumoroso" si riferiscono al modello con la lancetta dei secondi che però è più carino.

Acheté pour mon "cabinet de lecture"Très belle esthétique, et bonne précision de l'heure.Mais j'aurais souhaité un mécanisme silencieux à cet endroit.Peut-être y aurait-il moyen d'étoufer le bruit en bourrant l'arrière avec de la laine de verre ou de roche, mais cela reste à tenter.
