Very useful and practical book. Have a HUGE to do list now! Wish I had got this book five years ago.

In general I'm finding the information in this book useful. I am creating a service "store" on the Web. However, I'm running into two issues:A CD-R comes with this book. A major reason why I bought this book was for the CD-R. However, I find that, so far, I cannot fill any information into the forms on the CD-R. I recently bought another book with a CD-R and in that book it states that, unless the person who created the .PDF sets permission for others to "edit" the file, the .PDF cannot be edited. At this point, the forms on the CD-R are unusable.The second issue is the instructions for using LinkedIn did not work for me, so I gave up.I want to use this book to its fullest potential, but I'm frustrated with these two areas.
