Great baskets and tools! I was amazed at the quality.

I’ve used this already 4 times for making sourdough bread. Works great! Still tweaking for me to get a good pop on the oven but that has nothing to do with this kit. Lol. I’d buy it again and is a good price.

I bought this kit because I have been baking for a long time and it is my passion, now I decided to explore sourdough bread, I was looking for a complete kit and I found this one, I am so happy I did! the baskets are so nice and sturdy very high quality and the rest of the tools are perfect, the scrapers and the whisk will be handy with my other dishes.It comes with 21 recipes, I love the curry tomato onion sourdough bread.The package is really nice and I was surprised when it arrived, this can be a great gift for bakers like me.Very pleased with my purchase.

Product is good but I didn’t get to add designs to my sourdough because the blades were missing in my order. Other than that the product is good

The kit includes all you may need to make your sourdough bread. It's perfect!It has great quality materials and looks like in the photos.I'm a begginer and I had a great experience using each piece of the kit to make my sourdough bread!I loved the fact that you can join the baker's club and get recipes, I tried the starter one and was very usefull for me because it has clear step by step guide and even has tips. I used the mixer tool and its easier than do it by hand. Also I was very excited to use the scoring knife and try new patterns.I mainly bought the kit for the bannetons and they are perfect, solid yet light and you also get a guide for a proper care of it.I find all the tools and info, useful and complete, so far I love Shori bake kit, I will try all the recipes for sure!!!

It has all the tools needed for baking sourdough bread.It comes with free e-book recipes and sourdough bread from scratch guide with incredibly detailed information on how to use the kit during the process of bread making.Very nice set all put together in a designed box.The baskets are high quality (no splinters) and come with 2 liners that fit great and are well sewn. It also has a special designed whisk which I loved.The metal dough scraper has a wooden handle and it is very sturdy. It also has another scraper from plastic. It comes with a scoring knife and 5 extra blades.It is the most complete bread making set, highly recommended.

I'm happy with the baskets and all of the accessories. I appreciate the extra instructions from Shori company. I feel like I'm making my bread right with these baskets and liners. I didn't know I needed the mixing wisk... but I do and I'm using it now that I know how it makes my bread better.
