Fume Board: Apply lightly to the felt side of the fume board, paying close attention to the edges where bees congregate. Smoke the bees slightly, remove the inner and outer covers then place the fume board on the hive felt side down and rotate so the corners of the hive are exposed, letting air flow through. Bees should be removed within 5 - 10 minutes. If bees are seen coming out of the entrance in large numbers, you have applied too much. Remove the board and let some of the product evaporate off before reapplying.

A calming effect
This product is more useful than advertized! I do have some bees who are a bit aggressive, even out of honeyflow season. So I spray this on my unifoem sleeves and hood and it keeps the bees at bay so I can do what I need to inside the hive and get out. Because it keeps the bees at more of a distance, its easier for me to focus on what needs to be done and care for these bees appropriately. They are who they are and I'm not an intentional queen killer, so uts a perfect fit for me.

Works as Advertised
This works extremely well and as a bonus it has a pleasant smell. I live in an urban area and my hives are aggressive. When working on my bees I have to be conscious of them getting too riled up, because I do not want them bothering my neighbors. I used this spray for my fall harvest, almost all of the bees left the frames and were not defensive. This worked as advertised, I highly recommend.

Works
I’m a beekeeper and I have used this and can say it works very well. I find that spraying around the edges of the fume board gets the smell to the areas that bees tend relentlessly stay. Overall, this works very well.

Way easier way to get the honey.
After buying this I was amazed to take off honey boxes without making any bees mad. Harvest was turned from an ordeal into a pleasure. Bees don't get upset over it at all, instead they just crawl away. I used far less than the couple squirts recommended and it worked beautifully.

Works!
The product absolutely works at least as well and really better than anything else I have used in 15 years of clearing supers to extract. The smell is not unpleasant to be around but the bees sure do not like it!

Easy to use.
I just sprayed a towel placed it over my frames with the top on amd boom bees were gone, no fume board needed.
