This one gallon f-style jug made from high density polyethylene that can handle rough treatment. This was very important to me, because in the past I dealt with soft/ medium plastic type that would not withstand rough rinsing (I was impatient and the gravity pulled water down so hard that the walls of the container would suck inside deforming plastic and forming folds). I learned my lesson and now more careful with how I handle plastic containers no matter of the material (soft, medium or sturdy type). In addition, this jug is slightly shorter than the around jug (see picture 2 and 3). Why this is important, because to my opinion this jug can accommodate a 12 inch pump dispenser better (if ever needed) than round jug. When inserted (in the flat jug), the pump curves slightly to any front corners of the jug insuring that whatever liquid is inside, it will pump out to the last drop. Come back to pictures 2 and 3, I did my best to take a good shot, and I apologize if it is not showing clear the difference of height that I am describing. If this is helps, the f-style (flat) jug has a shadow under the ruler that “shows” that it is shorter (approximately 4-5 mm) than the round jug (they are both one gallon capacity). I hope this review will be helpful to someone who is looking for high density polyethylene jug.

Bought these for a pair of ultratec radiance hazers. Fit perfectly and thread correctly as well. Great option if you're using neutronic fluid but want your bottle to fit correctly in the unit. Nice thickness and overall build quality.

When you rinse out the measuring cap that comes with the laundry detergent, it wastes detergent. Use this with a pump dispenser for laundry detergent. Before first time use, pump detergent into the measuring cap to determine how many pumps to fill the measuring cap. After that, just pump directly into detergent compartment in washing machine. This pump (also from Amazon) fits this gallon jug - Cherish (2-Pack) 1 Gallon Bottle Dispensing Pump 38/400 (4cc Output)

Works well for carrying water. Durable, a nice shape for fitting in a pack. Bonus: people ask why you're drinking out of an antifreeze bottle.

It appears well made. I use it to mix weed killer in gallon size refills.

It's a jug. The lid screws on and makes a tight seal. It holds the advertised amount of fluid. Seems to be well made. I'm happy.
