Replacement of factory Mercedes subwoofer
I purchased this speaker to replace a factory subwoofer that dry rotted in my 2008 Mercedes e350. With some modifications to the area to mount it, it performed great, the sound was awesome for a replacement sub. It gave great sound coupled to the factory system.

it's OK, just OK.
Well, it's shallow enough to fit under captain swivel seat ... because in a large van with the rear section blocked off one can't hear the anything in the back ... so all the speakers have to be in the cabin area.

Burnt out
Well I bought this speaker in May and as of today December 9 it started smoking in my car and now I'm stuck with it since they closed my return window. Very disappointed in this sub
