JustFoodForDogs Limited-Ingredient Pumpkin Healthy Dog Treats, Made in The USA, 5 oz

Great product. Made and sourced locally in the USA, single ingredient and my dog just loves these! We need to tear them up because he would try and eat an entire plank and try to swallow to big of a piece, so simply tearing them into small bite size morsels does the trick and we closely monitor how many treats he gets per day as part of a wholesome and balanced diet. We also purchase their frozen Beef and Russet Potato recipe dog food, AMAZING!!!! Our vet recommended Just Food For Dogs a year ago because he is a finicky eater, and ever since we made the change, what a difference in his eating habits and his bloodwork and checkup visits are outstanding now, love this company - thank you Just Food For Dogs.

First tried these treats at Petco, grabbed a bag when they first starting selling there & later found out amazon also has them in stock!They have simple ingredients and don’t have that “artificial” look that most chicken jerky treats do.These treats have been a great addition! As my dog adores chicken jerky, but there’s always questionable ingredients in most of the products, but these have been great!The price is a bit out of my range, so I don’t get to buy them too often, but they are my to-go when treating my dogs :)

My picky pooch was only eating another brand of a single ingredient product but they were thick and he was having a challenge and I was afraid he was going choke. I found this product and it is equal in price but better product as it is very thin and must be delicious because my pooch LOVES getting a treat and gets the shakes when he knows he is getting this treat. Thank you food for dogs!

Too expensive to buy more than occasionally as a special treat

My dog LOVES these treats. He's a senior, and they last fairly long because I break them up and only give him a few pieces at a time. I love that the ingredients are so pure, and it's total joy to watch him crunch on them. But my rating is due to the fact that I received this last bag 10 days after the "Best By" date! Delivery on 12/21/23 of a bag of treats with a Best By date of 12/11/23 is really not acceptable. I'm not going to bother to return them, and the Amazon site refers you to the company...which apparently is unable to accept "tickets" for questions or complaints currently. I'm not sure if the fault lies with the company or with Amazon, but come on, you can do better. I know it's probably still fine for him to eat them, but these treats aren't cheap and I probably won't order them again if I have to risk getting outdated treats.

I have a picky eater who loves this product. I rated the flavor 5/5 because he runs off joyously with it in his mouth. I like that the slices are thin/easily digestible.
