Returning. Watch stopping off and on,does not work properly

I bought this as a gift for my grandpa as a replica to one he had prior. Within a week of wear, the band broke in 2 places. I'm disappointed and extremely embarrassed by the quality, especially given the price point of $100. He was able to read the face well, but that's pointless if the watch is worse quality than what he had previously at Walmart.
