Beautiful, sturdy & versatile
Have used several times since receiving this to cook rice, to make and serve dolsot bibimbap, and made a stew cooked in the oven for two hours. Love the versatility of this cookware and food tastes great cooked in this. Am happy to have an additional cooking vessel that can go from stovetop to oven to table. I use only wood chopsticks and spoons when eating directly from the pot and use silicone or wood cooking utensils to prevent chipping or scratching the glaze. Am happy with the larger size (1400 ml) I purchased as it's a perfect size to serve bibimbap for two. Considered several others and went with this pot for the size I wanted and the easily grippable handles on the lid and sides to prevent drops, accidents, and breaks especially when handling while hot. So far nothing I've cooked in this has stuck to the cooking surface. It cleans easily with warm water, soft sponge, and baking soda or flour, per instructions. It's described as dishwasher safe but haven't tried and prefer to keep washing by hand. It's a beautiful little pot and so far seems quite sturdy though I'm careful not to tap the sides with cooking or eating utensils and generally handle with more care than my metal pots and pans. I prefer more natural, less chemical treated cooking surfaces and I'm happy with this purchase. Shipping was fast and the pot was well-padded and secure inside packaging.

You will like this, I think. I do.
A nice small casserole that is right at home in a microwave or a regular oven. Makes a good bowl for menudo or french onion soup, too. Probably gonna get at least one more.

The BEST clay pot!
I've being seeking so many clay pots and decided to get these one. These clay pots have great qualities for cooking many side dishes and entrees (rice, soup, dessert, and more). I ❤️ using them more than my metal pots and pans. They can be stove top, microwave, and oven use. All safe and easy to clean. I wish they carry a bigger size than 1400 mL. Thank you.

A crack appeared after four uses
A visible crack appeared after only four times of usage. There is no way to return it now because it’s been three months since I bought it. Very disappointing.

Bit hard to clean, but still works great. Make sure to take of all labels.
It works well as the "breathing pot" it's known for. Only things to note is that it can only be thoroughly cleaned with water and baking soda, and to make sure all of the labels are off. Its microporous earthenware material tends to seep some liquid, so make sure to clean it as instructed. Upon using the second time, I began smelling smoke out of nowhere. I thought it was the pot, but it turned out that there was a label underneath that I didn't know was there. Fortunately, no damage was done, but there was no immediate indication that there was a label underneath it upon unboxing.

Lovely pot for baking
I put a frozen Amy's pablano pepper enchiladas in it, instead of using the microwave, and heated for a good 35 to 45 min in the oven. Sooo good! Browns the top and bubbly hot entree. Also, have reheated some leftover casserole style or homemade leftover enchiladas in this. Again wonderful!!If you soak it in hot water after it has cooled, I find it very easy to clean.Lovely pots! I have both sizes.

Great food-for-two pot!
I bought this product a few months back and use it several times a week. I love it! I wanted something to cook in, and something that looks nice on the table when dinner is served. Myself and my wife cook and serve rice, small vegetable soups and stews with the Korean Earthenware Clay Hot Pot (700ml).We use an electric cooker, on medium heat, and the pot heats up in a short time and keeps the food warm throughout the meal.
