It has temperature and size settings plus strength of coffee settings that makes the flavor easier to choose from. The water reservoir is larger than most and fits in small spaces. It looks very nice and so far works great.

It doesn’t take forever to heat up water like old versions. Love this coffee maker. It should last quite awhile. Very sturdy! I’d buy again - especially if it lasts 3 years or more. The material it’s made from seems solid. And it’s faster as well. Better value than $5 per coffee out.

I love this coffee maker. I bought it in December of 2022. Last month in November 2023 the unit stopped working. YouTube videos seemed to indicate that a thermal switch had failed, and although it is challenging to take it apart to fix it, I considered that option. But I decided that since it was still under warranty, just barely, I called Keurig. They were professional and helpful. After answering a few questions, they said they would send me a brand new unit at no charge and it would also have a one year warranty. They didn't even want the old unit shipped back. So I am impressed to say the least. I've used various Keurig units over the years and have always been satisfied. This was my first unit to quit working, but their customer service is exceptional. My new coffee maker is arriving today! Kudos to Keurig!!

This is a bad product we bought our first one in February and with in two months it stopped working so I asked for a replacement as we do like the unit but now here it is 6 months later and now this one won't work and It don't qualify for a return or replacement so buy at your own risk...

I love this coffee machine! I always buy strong coffee because lighter coffees taste like water, but the machine came with a variety of coffees. As a test, I tried a lighter coffee and pressed the Strength button to high. The adjustable strength made the coffee taste strong and each cup so far is delicious. This machine doesn’t take a minute to heat up the water. It’s easy to use. Very happy with my purchase.

I use this just about every day and its quick and tasty. I love the reservoir and filters, also the way the top opens is nice compared to the older hinge style for the pods. Im not sure what this is missing other then the scan feature and frothier lol.

The keurig finally replaced my old one. I had a old keurig 2.0 and it just didn't heat the coffee as well and the screen was going out. It was time for a new one. This turned out to be super nice. I do like the metal look but you can't use vinger based products to clean the outside. So becareful using anything vinger based on the outside of the machine. It's does hold a lot more water then my 2.0. The heat is much better than my old 2.0. I didn't have the newer 2.0 that had heating. So most times I get a hot cup or medium heated. Even if it's not a scalding cup it better then having Luke warm. I have gotten two major scalding hot coffees out of the new keurig so far but time can only tell with it and how it will change. Also there is no instructions for descaling. There is a YouTube video that tells you how to use the descaling. So be sure you watch it. I think if you have a keurig and you want to upgrade a 1st gen 2.0 upgrade it's worth it. I don't know about the Hot 2.0 I think it was the 3 or 4 gen I wouldn't know if it's worth it with those machines. But I have stuck with keurig brand as I know it's been worth it and I have save alot of money on. Will update if changes happen.

Yes!! Fast, easy and love to make Iced Coffee now! Yummy! Also, size options are great! My husband uses a large cup and now can get 12 oz serving. We also love the look of it, seems smaller, maybe because we chose stainless. Have used this for a month and have no complaints, other than I probably drink more coffee now
