California Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Ltr. - 33.8 Fl Oz. Bottle (6 Bottles)

First of all, I simply love this oil. I used to be able to get it at my local Costco store, but for some reason the store near me has stopped stocking it. I contacted the company that makes the oil and found out that this is made ONLY for Costco; they do not sell it elsewhere or directly. Finding this on Amazon was a blessing... I bought two bottles, which should last me a year, and hopefully my local store will return it to stock by then.Regarding the oil... I use this in sauces and for pan frying. The garlic flavor is excellent, but can be a bit overpowering in some recipes or in some instances when pan frying, so I mix it with plain EV olive oil in those instances. The roasted garlic flavor is spot on, however. I definitely recommend it to any who like garlic and who use olive oil.

I read a food magazine review of garlic infused olive oils and this product was mentioned in glowing terms. I love good quality, flavored olive oil and tried many brands over the decades. I purchased a bottled of this on amazon; it arrived promptly and very nicely packaged for delivery.Without a doubt, this is one of the finest quality, best tasting olive oils I have ever tried; and it is an excellent value. The bottle is nicely designed with small indentations in the glass to hold it and prevent slipping. The garlic taste is bold; this is a very good product with a terrific taste. All these years, I thought the best olive oil had to be Italian but I could not have been more wrong. Try this, you will love it!

This stuff is so great for popping corn words alone are insufficient.On the other hand, I use it for just about everything else as well. I only trust olive oil that is from U.S. or Australia. I've just seen too much about how olive oils from Italy (which makes some good ones) is, unless you are very careful, too likely to be mixed with non-virgin olive oil, cheaper olive oil from other countries, older olive oil from previous harvests, and, sometimes, even cheaper oils that aren't from olives.

I previously purchased this product from Costco here in Central California, but unfortunately they quit carrying this garlic oil.I even went directly to the company website; however, I did not see this particular flavor, so I was very happy to find it on amazon.It has a very good flavor, especially for dipping. I like to use it for sautéing meat and vegetables. I hope you continue to carry this product because I know that I will continue to purchase it.

I have tried many products claiming a garlic flavor, you can smell the garlic when you open the bottle. This product has the best garlic flavored that I have tried, I don't think garlic would have to be added to this, I used it for Angel Hair pasta and Garlic Olive oil.

This stuff is great! Love it for everything from dipping bread to frying pork, beef, chicken, shrimp you name it! The garlic flavor is not too overpowering, just right in my opinion. My first order got way off track and some how was delivered to an address in Cal. I notified them and they quickly express mailed my order to Minn. Great customer service

The oil is spectacular! Fragrant, smooth, and reasonably priced. For many years now I have bought another authentic brand at a much higher price. I will definitely buy this again. Buy early to avoid the shipping wait.

Excellent, mild roasted garlic flavor. We use this olive oil exclusively in most of the food we cook, and really enjoy its mild taste and aroma.Highly recommend this product, as it is far superior to other brands we have sampled, as well as being very competitive in price!
