Good replacement
These have worked out great so far. The mirrors are very tight to pop off the mounts, arm slide is tight & they can shake a bit but it’s a thing hanging off the side after all. They are shockingly similar to the next gen as seen in my buddy’s rig to the left.I’ve had them apart, they are worth the price to add visibility & a look to your truck. I actually hit a mailbox, dodging an idiot driver, at 25mph with a huge bang. I thought for suse I’d pull it away from the truck with a busted mirror but barely a scratch on the outside plastic, did more damage to my door paint. It folded in with no damage to the mailbox or the arm mechanism. These were essential to my junkyard project & I don’t need the turn signal mess, I’m adding digid pods to the top elbow/knuckle as there is a nice steel tube inside to tread to & some flush mount SR-Q rigids into the back side for road side/ditch lighting. You can adjust the tilt easily. The plastic does fade slightly & so far, no rocks have taken them out, fingers crossed with the “offset life”.Edit: my buddy just bought some 2013 Chevy power mirrors with LEDs for turn & reverse... they are really heavy. He was super in my face about how cool they are so I decided to show him up. These were easy to modify & are a really great platform. They’ve been apart several times & the plastic arm covers are still great. I added several hundred in lights with custom made brackets & anti-theft (slow them down) cables, motorcycle turn signals & dual color red/Amber switch back strips on the mirror side. Just wanted to share in the event you’re on the fence for buying a set. The mirror vibrates a little but it’s worth it for a lightweight mirror.**I’d like to know where to get replacement glass though, just in case I break one.**Update: last night I broke the glass as expected but still have not found where to get one.

Good product
Great mirrors except the wires are not wired properly. They are wired backwards

Old vs new and bracket placement
Pic of OEM and new on drivers side. Also included instructions are difficult to see how the bracket installs, here is a photo of it in place, this bracket photo is from passengers side.

The big mirror shacks on both left and right mirror.
The media could not be loaded. The big mirror shacks on both left and right mirror. Its still usable but it's annoying until you get use to it (sort-of). Im not sure if there is a way to tighten/stiffwn the mirror. The bottom mirrors don't shake and are clear. I have them positioned to I can see the rear tire. It helps when parking in reverse. The kit only came with a diagram of the wires that control the mirror. They are in reversed like other have said and I didn't bother to fix it since this is not a big issue. There wasn't any instructions on how to install and it did take me about an 40 minutes to figure it out. Once i install the first one, the second one took 20 minutes. There is a video on YouTube that does show how to install. I'll put pictures of how the bracket goes on the door.I'm not sure how to wire the LED lights yet. But im not sure if they will last since moisture did get in the housing. Only reason I'm not returning is because the old mirror were broken and these are not.On the plus side, they do look nice on the 1999 Suburban K1500.

Hardware
The glass shakes a lot. They didnt come with all 3 studs so I had to add one which pulled out of the mirror on the highway. So for the missing one I recommend using a trim screw. Installation is typically difficult on these. The best tool for it is a magnetic 10mm speed wrench you can buy at any harbor freight for a few bucks to make it easier

Easy to install and work well
I installed these mirrors in well less than an hour and it was much easier than I expected. They are very sturdy and do not vibrate as I go down the road. They have improved my ability to see behind and to the sides substantially. I'm very happy that the ones I ordered match up with my rearview mirror controls inside the truck so I can still maneuver them the same as the mirrors that came with the vehicle.

Not bad, but could be lots better easily.
Had on Truck for about 2 months now. First, negatives: As others have said, it does have a shake when driving. The tension spring is not that strong as to stop the vibrations from wind. Second, the passenger mirror is a FLAT mirror - no "Objects in mirror..." that being said, you can't see the lane next to you out of the regular mirror like you normally can with a passenger mirror. Finally, the plug for the power mirrors is one style. The plug on vehicle is another (I had defog mirrors originally) and there is ZERO wiring diagram for either vehicle or mirror for how to adjust wiring to vehicle - after 2 months of searching - I've given up on being able to use the power option. Positives: They are large. It does greatly improve rear visibility on drivers side, especially with a trailer. They mount pretty well also. They do have a nice stabilization bracket and while they do shake, it's due to the fold-in spring not being taught enough rather than the mounting. If they get the bounce out and put a little curve in the passenger mirror, these would be the best mirrors! If like me you are willing to sacrafice a little bounce so that you can see behind your trailer, then these will be an economical solution.

Not bad but could be better
First off, easy installation, fairly simple to wire in if you know how to use a test light. Had no issues with mirror vibration, the reverse leds are real bright and help a lot backing up.I love the look it gave my truck, better than stock mirrors by far, however could be improved a lot. The passenger mirror does not adjust inward enough for my comfort so couldn't really tell if someone was in the lane next to me or behind me. Also had 2 of the individual passenger turn arrow lights really dim compared to the rest of the arrow.Overall good quality, just could use a re design on the passenger mirror angle
