I have a marine gas grill on my sailboat. It burns up a burner every couple of years regardless of how much it is used. The marine environment is just tough on stainless steel burners.The manufacturer of my gas grill wanted $100 (including shipping) for a replacement burnerso I took a chance and tried these burners.The fit was excellent because the length of the burner is adjustable. The heat output is as good, or maybe a little better than the original burner.These burners also have screens on the point where air enters the burner which I hope will keep spiders out. Spiders like to hang around gas grills because the bits of burned food attracts insects. Spiders spin webs inside the burners which means i have to remove the burners and clear the webs out at least once a year. Im hoping the screens will keep the spiders out..The $100 burner, from the manufacturer of my grill, did not have spider exclusion screens on the air entrances

Leaves a huge gap where the hardware screws in. Doesn’t match up therefore it is not able to be used unless you’d like to call the fire department. Huge issue with trying to return item when the window was still open. Keeps saying “how can we make this right” shows frequently asked questions, and troubleshooting guide. The “continue to return” option does nothing no matter how many times you select it.

I have a Grill Pro model made by DMC. Two of the burners were cracked and leaking a big flame at the back. These replacements adjust easily and can be installed several different ways at the back. I had to abandon the original holes which were rusted out, but easily used the L brackets that came with this set to install them with new self tapping screws. Now I can cook at medium settings and use less gas. Seem heavier than my 10 year old originals.

It is not working as it should. No response from support and I can't return it. Suppliers make it impossible to return or exchange this item.

The instructions were 90% useless. Fortunately I have a brain and figured it out, for the most part. The 4 tubes appear to be exactly the same. My #1 will spark and ignite, my #4 will spark but not ignite. I switched them, #1 worked perfectly in the #4 spot, the switched one will not work in the #1 spot. I removed both, put them side by each, adjusted them exactly the same. I get the same results. The gas supply and spark works across all 4. It's not original equipement to the Home Depot grill and, of course, Home Depot does not have replacement parts. They were useless. Eh, what are ya gonna do? Ya buy cheap stuff, this is what happens.

It's says universal so i assumed it would fit.. nope, so i try to return and it sends me to the abyss.. crap company....
