To start I love the packaging looks very high end.The product has a good solid feel to it.The led is super bright.I love the led display as well, it’s a nice touch and lets you know charge level and other vitalsPlus it’s a good size and this thing can charge a few products at a time it’s awesome.Also can charge itself with a few different chargers it’s great.

The device seems to work GREAT so far, when I'm charging just my Galaxy S7. It does fast charging. I expected it would be able to do fast charging when I connected both my S7 and my wife's S7 at the same time, but it reverts to slow charging when I do that.I ran into a problem when first charging up this unit. The wall charger got SO hot, almost too hot to touch. I finished charging up the device using a different method and decided to ask the company about the problem I encountered. I also had a few other questions about info. that appears on the LED display.The item comes with a little card that says in big bold capitalized red writing, "NEED HELP WE ARE HERE". Well, maybe they are there. But, I eMailed them my questions 3 days ago, and they still haven't replied. Blech. If they do reply, I'll update this review.

I have had one other portable charger that did the job I needed, but this one is even better! I gave my old one to my son (what parent doesn't doesn't do that) and got me another. I love this thing. It charges up my 5G phone in no time at all. Last time I think it only took maybe 20 minutes and I still used it another 2 times. It has 3 slots for charging items. Last one didn't have that! My brother has one that you lay your phone on top to charge your phone and it took forever to charge it, where this one is definitely quick charge! This power charger is definnitely worth the money I spent and more. I am a Verified purchaser and I wouldn't brag so much if it wasn't right on!

My first few battery packs over the years simply had the couple of lights on them to show charge levels but the past 2 I have purchased have a nice percentage display. This unit goes one step further and shows you the charge current as well - both when charging the unit or using the unit to charge something else.When you take into account that some power is purely lost during the act of charging I feel the rated capacity is relatively accurate. Highly recommend. Matches my phone case very well to boot.

I saw this item on some one's top Amazon purchases. So I decided to give it a shot since all of the other power banks I have do not charge my ipad, they maintain its battery level while using. Used it for the first time this weekend and it did charge my ipad while in use and was able to charge another iphone at the same time. I agree with another reviewer, this is a thick and heavy power bank that you wouldn't carry around unless in a backpack. Strongly recommend this product!

Ordered this charger and it's one of the best I've ever had. It charges itself quickly and has a screen that shows me how much charge it is holding by percentage and when I plug in my phone, it shows how much charge it is using . I always know where I am rather than the dots that most chargers show you. This is a great product and I highly recommend. Threw out my old one from a couple years ago that charged all night and had only two lights on it.

This battery holds the charge and charges many things at once. I love the percentage reader and have had fun checking different devices to see how much the battery can handle and what it reads at.I gave it 5 stars because of the charging capacity, the many ports, the USB-C IN, the sleek design, and the digital panel.One thing I would love to see is that it be developed with the USB ports on the side rather than on the bottom, so it would fit in my purse or pocket better without the cable sticking out interfering and not allowing it to fit while plugged in. Other cool features that could be added would be to make it water resistant and/or with a solar charging aspect, in case of emergencies. I ended up buying a separate one with these other features for quite cheap, but this particular one hits it out of the park in terms of the charging power.It's quite heavy, but it's to be expected from a good battery pack.

This thing get work!! Lasts a long time. If you tend to use all of the battery power, make sure you charge it overnight to get to fully charged. It lasts a very long time though. I use this mostly for lighting for online meetings and classes. I will also use it to charge my phone form time to time. This was one of the best things I’ve ever bought. It’s getting a lot of use.
