It’s easy to install and very nice

Door arrived undamaged but last mile delivery was delayed by several days. When they finally delivered the doors they put them sideways in the box and when put right side up it was clear the door jamb was coming apart. The jamb was not well secured. Was able to get the doors installed with some additional effort after the jamb broke. Working okay in my application but I would suggest buying more locally in the future.

Craftsmanship and quality is very poor. I did not bother to remove any of the packaging because it was clearly visible that frame was broken. The frame and door panels literally fell apart when the guys returned to picked up the doors for the return.

It looks good except for the broken corner of the frame and busted off door jam. Luckily those are easy fixes or I’d be pissed

The way the doors were packaged for shipment was fantastic; they were packaged in a box that was set into a wooden frame well designed to protect them from damage, which was my biggest concern. So they arrived in perfect condition. We have only just had them set into the wall, have not even removed the protection from the window panes yet but the quality seems very good for the price. I would note, though, that the screws that came with the door hinges were way too small; the friend who was putting them in for me went and got much longer ones that solved that problem.

we waited almost 5 weeks for the doors to arrive ; and the doors are pre hung incorrectly and have to be re adjusted. We do like the doors and will keep them just sorry that after waiting all this time we now have to have re hang them since they wont line up and close. You can see the hinges are incorrect.

The doors were not pre hung correctly. There were broken trim pieces. Very poor craftman shift. Wish i could have sent the doors back.

Extremely poor workmanship. They don't even try. Who ran this router? A child? Amazon customer service no help at all. They get a 1-star as it will not allow me to select zero.
