The Tristar Generic Dome Filter is not a HEPA filter as pictured, but a cheap non-HEPA foam filter. HEPA filters are composed of a mat of randomly arranged fibres. The fibers are typically composed of fiberglass and possess diameters between 0.5 and 2.0 micrometers. The foam on the delivered filter in no way meets this standard. Their Amazon product picture is a HEPA filter, just not what they ship.

still yet to figure out how to install this. No directions, It was delivered ontime.

They do not fit our Tristar

It did not fit so I couldn't use. I cleaned the old one and reused it.

I have an older TriStar vacuum had some trouble this filter did not fit well I guess was not meant for my model
