My relative has Parkinson's and this is the perfect cup for him
My relative has Parkinson's and this is the perfect cup for him. He can hold it with both hands and because of the angle, when drinking, the cup doesn't touch his glasses. It has a lid to drink from which prevents spills. Money well spent.

This cup not what it appears to be and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
This cup is a great idea, but it is much smaller than the listing would have you believe. The listing describes the cup as providing room for your nose and glasses, implying it would be suitable for an adult. But it is nowhere near large enough for an adult. There is not enough space for an average size adult to fit their fingers through the handles. This product is only suitable for a child learning to drink from a cup. The fact that the product is sold by a company that specializes in therapy items also implies that the product is appropriate for an adult who needs assistance in holding a cup, but the cup is in fact not suitable for an adult. When I wrote the company to request a return, I heard from a Kerry P, who apparently has a one-letter last name or her/his real last name is kept secret. (You wonder about companies whose representatives decline to fully identify themselves.) While saying nice things like they regretted that I was dissatisfied and that they appreciate my business and that customer service was of utmost importance to them, the customer representative proceeded to defend the adequacy of the listing of the product as suitable for an adult, based simply on the fact that the listing mentions that the cup holds 8 ounces, while ignoring the description of the wide base of the cup and all the other inadequacies of their listing. They then said they would make a "policy exception" and waive the normal (undisclosed, or at least hard to find) 20% restocking fee (that was big of them), but they still deducted the – supposedly free – shipping charges. I also had to pay for the cost of sending the product back. In the course of all this they put me through the third degree and multiple emails before I could meet their approval for returning the product. All this to return a cup that was not adequately described in their listing.I would give the product itself five stars if it is being used solely to teach a small child to drink from a cup. But the product deserves only one star if being considered for an adult. And the company gets only two stars for customer service. I give them credit for accepting the return at all but have to downgrade them heavily for what they put me through instead of simply truly putting customer satisfaction first, accepting the return, paying shipping both ways, making the return process easy and cleaning up their listing – all of which they failed to do.I have discovered that are other, better 2-handled cups out there that are more suitable for an adult and companies with MUCH better customer service who stand behind their reputation and products.

Thrilled
Got this for my elderly mum who has osteoarthritis and could not tilt to drink her tea. She is thrilled with it and says it’s the first time in weeks she has been able to enjoy a cup of tea! Please it’s dishwasher safe also.

Highly recommend
Used many different cups with double handles but now that my father is bed bound the angle that this cup creates allows much easier sipping from it and it’s lovely and sturdy. We have two of these now and neither of them have stained from coffee like the others have. Highly recommend even at the high price.

Just okay……
Very expensive for what it is.Just a very small light plastic cup with handles. Does not hold much.I bought it for my mum who has very bad arthritis in her hands.I bought it for night time so she could reach her water in the night without spilling it. It does sort of work, but the tilted angle of the cup makes it harder not to spill her water, but easier to drink from the cup. It is just not big enough for my mums needs, it holds very little. As I said, it is very overpriced. I will spend anything for my mum to make life easier for her, this just doesn’t do that I’m afraid.
