We had one chair start to unravel within a day. Now we have several that are unraveling. They are not repairable. At this rate we will need to replace them all by next season. It was a waste of money.

Best lawn chair for the money. Arrived in a big box with protection on the metal parts. Great looking and comfortable. I bought these to replace another set of chairs that didn't last two years. One rubber piece on the bottom of one leg was missing. I called the number on the box and they are sending a set of four. Very pleased.When you buy a product from Amazon, it should be delivered on time, safely packed, and be exactly what you expected. Should something be wrong (like a little plastic piece on the leg) be missing, a phone call should fix the problem immediately. Can't ask for better than that.

These chairs arrived well packed and in perfect condition. They are exactly what I wanted for my small patio table. We will add cushions when sitting in them, but they are averagely comfortable without cushions. Good quality for the price--I'm very pleased.I'm updating this review and downgrading to one star because after using the chairs for only a couple of weeks, two of them started coming apart (the plastic weave in the seats and arms). Amazon instructed me to contact the company --FLASH FURNITURE--directly because it had been more than 30 days. (We stored the chairs in our garage for the first two weeks because it was too cold out to use them on our deck.) We have hardly used them at all, and the company has a one-year warranty on "all other parts" than the metal parts. I spoke with a pleasant man at the company who said he felt I had a good case for a refund or chair replacement. He told me who to e-mail directly. I've sent two e-mails, and FLASH FURNITURE has not bothered to answer either one. I've waited long enough to give them a fair chance to make this right. They did not. DO NOT buy these chairs! They look nice at first, but they come apart when you actually try to sit in them. They are no longer safe. Neither my husband nor I weighs more than 170 pounds, so weight was not the issue. I'm terribly disappointed in the chairs, but even more so in the total lack of customer service from FLASH FURNITURE.

I bought these to use as outdoor chairs for our fire pit. The chairs are sturdy, attractive, and surprisingly comfortable for what they are. We are happy with the purchase.

I am extremely disappointed. They chairs arrived quickly and they were in good shape when they arrived, but two of them were different than shown. Two chairs in the set were as shown in the picture (dark brown rattan with a black frame), while the other two chairs were completely different (dark brown rattan with a stainless frame and no rattan wrapping on the arms). I wanted a complete set of four matching chairs, the whole reason I ordered a set of four chairs in the first place.Update: I returned the chairs and took a chance and reordered. The second set arrived quickly and was a matching black set (as pictured). They look great and have held up well outside over the last few months.

I love the chairs, they are exactly what I wanted for my terrace, however, I didn't realize I was purchasing seconds or damaged goods. Three out of four of the chairs some sort of damage. From visible scuffs to the frames, to mismatched hardware, to unraveling seats.

We bought these chairs for our restaurant. They look great and the quality seems to be much better than the teak ones we had. I called the company with questions prior to my purchase & they were so helpful. I even bought some for my home since I liked them so much - a great chair!

These are a great set of chairs. I had read a couple not so great reviews about comfort and falling apart but I needed something to match a small table where the legs were black. Decided to give them a go and they are a perfect fit for the table and I personally find them really comfortable. I'm hoping they hold up over time but even if they don't, at least I didn't pay an arm and leg for them.

They are falling apart!!! Only my husband and I for occasional sitting on balcony. We've had for about a month ... Bought 4 chairs. All but one is starting to unravel. Advertised as "restaurant sturdy". How do I get my money back???

I ordered these chairs for myself because of the size and that they stack. I'm under 5 feet tall and this is a chair that I can sit on and touch the ground. The quality is top notch in fact I may order more of them. Definitely recommend them.

These chairs are a wonderful addition to my backyard. I am so impressed.

Love this set. I bought it to replacean old one that was similar. I like theblack ( my old set was brown ). Thechairs are comfy & the table is a good size. Sturdy set & not cheap looking.
