Lovely modern fire
Very pleased with this...7 different colour options for flames and side lights....easy to put on wall and good remote control.....for the money its very good value.

Worth the money
The media could not be loaded. Very pleased with it looks good but a bit noisy when heating up definitely worth the price.

Where the safety clip for glass fits
Not enough opaque stones white stones or just stones altogether . Time keeps going wrong and day I have to reset it every day

Stopped working after one 2 day's
After only 2 days the heat stopped working, I got in touch with the supplier who suggested that if THEY sent a new motor so I or a family member or a friend could replace the faulty motor, I said neither me or family member or any of my friends are qualified electrician's and if I attempted to replace the motor surely that would make the warranty or guarantee invalid, they told me it would not, I returned the fire in it's original packaging in perfect condition apart from no heat, when the supplier received the fire they informed me of a dent in the back of the fire and the fire was in full working order, they are (hopefully) refunding me just over half of what I paid for it, deductions for damage and postage, postage they said they would pay for, damage not caused by me.Very VERY DISAPPOINTED ex customer.

Flame effect on the NRG wall mounted fire is excellent. The surround lighting effect sets it off really well. So easy to install.

Pleasant & polite but useless customer service
The fire looks great. Is reasonably quiet compared to some others I’ve seen. The side lights and led images are; or would be; great if they worked. Ours failed displaying red on the right side virtually straight away. The other colours are fine, but with different displays available, we can only use three as it is obvious that the red element is only on half the screen so looks stupid. Response times from their customer service was just about passable, but the problem started when I hadn’t kept the box. Who has space to keep boxes for everything? I expect the goods to last for longer than a few weeks. I asked for a replacement to be sent, I would then use the box to return the faulty one. NO TO THAT. They then asked me to dismantle the electrical product and look for damaged or loose wires. Really? Then said can you not go and buy a box from a local store? Of course I can, because boxes that would suit a curved fire are available on every high street! Then nothing. No further responses. No communication at all. They just stop replying. I even asked if they could just send me whatever the part is that creates the red led element and I’ll replace that, NOTHING! No response again. I’d rather not be recommended to dismantle electrical products to look for faults, I don’t see this as the right or safest option, ‘but’ if the part just perhaps clipped on to place on a socket, that may be ok. But who knows when they don’t reply.For the first time in probably well over twenty five years of being a customer, Amazon’s customer service was also crap! No interest in the issue at all, no help whatsoever.So, I am stuck with a £130 fire that half works. It looks great when it is off though so always a plus!!!Then they put the price up to £150. So I could, order another one, pay more, get it delivered, ‘Hope’ that it lasts longer and use the box to return this one, but then if it does fail, be in the same situation again. Also, other customers have said the company has then told them on receipt of the faulty product that it was damaged in transit and they wouldn’t pay up the full amount which is probably wrong but disgusting anyway. In that case, I’d have paid for two fires and either have a partial or no refund for the return so I lose again - doubly.I would avoid purchasing from this company. Your initial communication, whilst slow, may be very polite. Then they just leave you and simply refuse to help.And Amazon, you need to make sure your normally high levels of customer service are applied all the time as for all these years of being a customer, and a prime customer, you have really let me down.
