Splatoon, Vol. 12 (12)

I purchased this soft bound book upon request of some children in my family. They all like the series and are ever eager to read the next issue, book 12 included. These books are mangas and are read backward, ie: from back to front. The content and drawings are comic book style, but all pictures are printed in black and white. This is the 12th book in the series that we have purchased. Though I have not read the books myself, I have several in my home who have, and all say they would recommend the series to other readers.

We have this entire series, and it’s one of those that they continue to read and reread. Both kids read it fairly quickly the first time through, then they might go back and read the others, or start it over again. I’m a big fan of encouraging reading, regardless of type. They pick what they like, and this series is one of their favorites. Highly recommended.
