The headphones arrived on time. Thank you Amazon. It was well packaged. The actual box with the headphones took some time to get it open. Not an issue.I am using the headphones for Speech to text software. In order for it to work in picking up your speech. The mic has to be one inch from your mouth. That's why I choose this particular headphone. It has voice telling you power on, power off, connected. I wish they made these in different colors. Being black plastic, I have a hard time finding the on switch. Maybe they can color it. Otherwise, I will with some white paint.Things they don't tell you in the manual:1. Plugging the USB cable into the headphone shuts the headphones down. You can not continue to use them while charging them.2. The USB connector is very tight. I plan on marking the top side of the cable and the head phone. So I always plug it the right way. By aligning the two white marks. I know I am not putting it the wrong way.I purchased a Ugreen bluetooth adapter. It is very compatible with the headphones.4. It has a manual that is small. I have to scan it in and blow it up. The type is to small for me. Even with glasses.The plus and minus buttons control volume for the sound. They have nothing to do with the mic.5. It takes 4 hours to charge the headphones. As to how long they stay powered. I have no answer for that.Conclusions: Overall, I access these headphones as a 5 out of a 5. They are build rugged. They are not!!!! a piece of filmsy piece of Chinese garbage. I will update this as needed. My objective is to pair the headphones with a software called E-Speaking. Thus far its worked out. I was able to issue commands and my computer performed the task. It takes a while to do this. There is a learning curve in knowing what to say to have the computer do the command. Eventually, all computers will operate this way. Keyboards will be optional.Additionally, I am not an employee of Amazon or contractor. No one is paying me for this review. This is myeducated opinion on these headphones.

I work from home and after a week of using these headphones, I have to say, I'm impressed! It takes 5 seconds to set up; simply plug in the dongle to the USB port in your computer and you are instantly connected. The sound canceling is noticeable from the moment you put the on. The sound quality is great, all calls are very clear and loud enough but can easily be adjusted. Highly recommended!

Has a noticeable background whine. Not sure what the frequency is but I can't use these for too long without the whine distracting me.Upgrading from 3 to 4 stars for customer support: offered a full refund without return of the item.

The sound quality is very good on these headphones, and the price is very good relative to some of the other brands/products out there. It works very well as a blue-tooth headset for my cellphone. Also, the battery life is very good to excellent. I don't know the exact number of hours, but I've had only one occasion on which I got the "battery low" warning. I'd say these would give you a couple of days (2-3) of ordinary use before you have to recharge them. Your cellphone should also give you some indication of the battery level when it's connected.It comes with a boom mike, and no one has had a problem hearing me on cell phone calls. The boom disconnects if you just want to use the headset, but you can still answer calls without the boom connected.The phones are not very heavy, but after an hour or so you definitely feel them.On the negative side, the noise canceling ability is poor to nonexistent, and the materials/workmanship quality is low. I've had the headphones for a few months now, and the vinyl on the headband (covering the foam on the underside of the headband is coming apart. It looks like a bad quality glue job connecting the covering to the headband.The buttons are also on the klunky side. The on-off switch is not smooth, and the buttons are a little stiff.For a budget headset, maybe I shouldn't complain, but if details bother you, be aware of it.

I use these in a video and data control building that has a lot of equipment with loud fan noise and requires ear protection, these over the ear headphones make it possible to be on the phone, hear the conversation clearly and not have that background noise pushed back at others with the noise canceling ability. I give these a 5 of 5 star rating.

The earpads don't sit flush with your ears so sound will get out. The fake leather feels very cheap too. They're good for the price though.

I have been using this product frequently for work. It was fantastic when it worked and if I'd reviewed it a couple of weeks ago it'd be 5 stars. But recently it's had trouble connecting to bluetooth and now the mic isn't working at all. I've spent a lot of time troubleshooting it with no success. Without a mic these are pretty much useless to me now.
