This is a super powerful steamer that's easy to use and heats up very quickly. I can knock out wrinkles fast and painlessly unlike other steamers that just leave water spots everywhere. I will say that the water reservoir is a bit small, so I usually have to refill it after doing two shirts or pants. Pouring the water in can also be a little messy, but it's fine for me since I just do it over the sink. With all of that said, I love this steamer and its versatility. Would recommend. Five stars.

Was able to get the wrinkles out of EVERYTHING! Very sturdy & comfortable to handle. Steamer heats up quickly and is easy to use. I like that you can steam for as long as 18 minutes so you are not rushed & don’t have to refill frequently. Instructions advise to use distilled water for best results which I am doing. Easier than ironing and I was even able to quickly get creases out of a thicker cardigan! Plan on taking to a wedding and am relieved knowing I will be able to steam away any wrinkles created being in a suitcase!Wedding update: I was able to steam all the dresses, men’s shirts, pants and suit easily! Was a life saver since I also steamed the wedding party dresses and a portion of bride’s veil. Worth every penny!

This is a wonderful product. It did an amazing job getting the wrinkles out. It’s easy to use and was quick. No ironing board needed! Yay! The shirt and pants were all steamed from hangers. Glad we bought this steamer.

This steamer is worth the money! It heats up quickly, has a wide head to cover more fabric, has more steam power than other portable steamers, and the best part - you can use this horizontally as well as vertically WITHOUT spattering and dripping, which comes in handy when you want to steam your bedding. I would say that it’s best to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use distilled water instead of tap water or spring water. It’ll make your machine work at top performance at all times. Another bonus - even though you still need to use an iron with linen, this steamer gets enough of the wrinkles out of linen where it makes ironing much easier.

I love that I can use this garment steamer at home and that it’s small enough to travel with also! It’s lightweight, easy to hold and use. It does a great job of making my husband's business clothes presentable. It removes all the wrinkles and his outfit looks pristine. Sometimes in the mornings he can be in such a rush, thankfully the steamer heats up in under 25 seconds. One tank of water will provide steam continuously for nearly 18 minutes. It works on all fabrics: cotton, wool, polyester, plush, silk, nylon, and linen. It can be used on other items like curtains, whatever you deem necessary!

Finally a steamer that works. I’ve bought three other steamers and could never get a good result. My last one would randomly spit out water while steaming and would barely take out any wrinkles. This was recommended on “House of Valentina” you tube channel so I thought I would give a steamer another try. Finally! One that works! It is packaged in a nice black box and I felt like I was opening up an early Christmas present! It heats up fast and took the wrinkles out of my very wrinkly curtains. It’s a tad heavier than my last one but still easy and comfortable to hold. I used it on the highest setting and it worked quickly. It heats up almost right away and didn’t make any weird marks on my linen curtains. I filled up the water tank twice to steam two 105” long curtain panels. My only con is the handle gets pretty hot after using it for a good amount of time.This is definitely five star steamer. I bought it on sale for $59.99 and it is worth every penny.

Does a great job, no complains about the performance but very disappointed because stopped working after 22 months and it's to pricey, it should last longer. One day I pressed the power button and it didn't turn on, some water came from the button, after checking I noticed water coming from inside, probably stopped because had some internal leak. I had one steamer unbranded that lasted 5 years an bought it for 29$.
