Bought this for my daughter’s birthday. As soon as she went to put it on around her neck, the item broke. She’s so disappointed, she really liked the look of it, but clearly cheaply made. Would love it if the company replaced it, as she didn’t even get to wear it once. It’s still within the return window, but I don’t know how to contact them for a replacement.
