Great product and built. Few notes for anyone buying.1. you need two people full stop. Even putting up the walls is better with 2 if not on 100% level ground.2. Cold weather - bring the brown roof parts indoors. Bending them to the right shape is impossible when they are cold and even after warming them up we had a split form on the roof panel’s hinge.3. The screw packs are tough to get into and sit across both boxes. Be sure to open over a table. Also laying down a tarp or blanket will prevent lost washers and screws. Especially the washers since they are too big for the screws and will not stay on if they fall.

Wanted a playhouse to replace the huge set we had. I wasn’t excited about the price, but it’s a lifetime shed! Durable and generously sized for a kids play area! Measure it….it’s bigger than you think! I’m 6’1” and I can stand up in it (after ducking low to get in anyway….).Putting it together took me about 4 hours, mostly by myself, but you definitely need a second adult with the roof! I’m pretty handy, and it was pretty easy overall. Instructions are like most modern items….multiple languages and mostly just pictures that are a little vague. But you certainly aren’t building one from scratch!Amazon was all over the place with delivery estimates. 3 week timeframe when we bought, then moved it out longer, then said it was basically lost, then just showed up with no updates for over a week…. It’s heavy, so assuming the freight companies are harder to keep up with. But still not convenient. If I had it to do over I’d see if I could get it from another company….Kids love it, Mom and Dad can play with them, made to last a long time, and it’s cute! Easy 5 stars for the product!

Excellent purchase! Only complaint is stickers didn’t last a week.

I was looking for something for my grandchildren to do at my house. I was contemplating a swing set but can just take them to the park up the road. i bought this. It took a while to assemble but now it's up and the girls play in it all the time. It's a lot of fun, very sturdy and the best is that adults can stand in there without feeling cramped.

When my parents told my husband and me that they wanted to buy our daughters a playhouse, we discussed kind (size, colors, material) and then started our search. I won't settle for anything until I have found every kind of playhouse made. I finally came across the Lifetime Playhouse and when I showed my mom, she had the same reaction as I did...blown away by how cute it was. The fact that it was a Lifetime (didn't know that Lifetime made these kinds of products) made us even happier because we trust the quality of the product. We have tables and chairs from this same company and those products have lasted us a lifetime (haha). I was disappointed by some of the reviews but I thought about the quality of the brand. Could it be as bad as it was being described? Part of me was hesitant because spending this kind of money and knowing that it could lead to disappointment made the decision to buy it difficult. I trusted the other reviews that gave this playhouse five stars and we purchased it and we couldn't be happier with it. Our daughters can't wait to go outside and enjoy their new house. The setup was easy in the sense that I had help (promise a friend lunch if they can help). The most useful resource was the Lifetime Playhouse assembly video on YouTube. In addition to having someone help me, the video saved me. I watched the video the day before I started the building process and it prepared me for what was to come. I actually did all the predrilling on every piece that needed to be drilled rather than drilling as I went. This, I felt, saved me a ton of time. In addition to building the house, my dad had to help me build a platform (foundation) that the house would sit on because I don't have a grassy or flat area to place the house. I am worried about when it rains and the potential of the rain not having a way out. It doesn't rain a lot in sunny southern California but when it does, it can be a potential problem. If you have a grassy or flat area where the house can sit, you probably won't have to worry at all. I appreciate the design and craftsmanship of the house. The bottomless feature is great and helps to prevent unnecessary water damage or other problems. I highly recommend this product. To watch my daughters play and enjoy as much as they do is priceless.

Lifetime makes a good product. It does take a bit to put together but the YouTube video to complement the written instructions is very helpful. Kids love it. My only minor issue is that on the pics the house looks white and the roof black but in reality the house is light gray and the roof is dark brown.

Big enough for parents to stand in with the little ones. Design is nice and put together well. We are waiting until summer to apply the stickers inside.Note, stickers did not stay on well even when cleaning the wall first. Still great playhouse though

We bought this for our grandchildren. We got the idea for the platform and fence from another buyer. Which keeps the house off the ground, makes it level to account for a slope in the yard and the fence is a nice safety feature because it has a little gate that latches.The platform took a day for my husband, son and a friend to build. But they assembled the house in 2.5 hours using the YouTube video as a guide. But they are all very handy. So it was a fairly easy task for them.We really like it and the product is high quality. Echo advice on affixing stickers with spray on adhesive.
