I was so excited for this because I read multiple reviews about how it smelled of pinesol. As soon as the mailman brought it to my door I opened it up to sniff. It was overwhelmingly citronella smelling straight from the bottle. I know oils sometimes smell differently when in a diffuser so I put some in my living room diffuser. To my disappointment it still smelled mostly of a citronella. It was a “clean” smelling scent, but nothing like I was hoping for. My husband and kids asked why I was burning a misquito candle lol. I will probably use this during the summertime or something.

saw on Pinterest that a few drops in your wash with synthetics/ polyesters will help kill bad odor and bacteria causing less 'sweat funk smell'. I love my poly blend shirts but live in NC. I order this stuff constantly now because it works and i love it so much. Also good for other odor fighting and cleaning needs (don't ingest pls)

I really love the smell when you use this essential oil. You can smell the lemongrass, but it does resemble the scent in Ivory Soap. I had done a search on trying to find out what was in Ivory Soap fragrance but was unsuccessful. No need now, I'll just use this. These oil's by Healing Solutions are very very good. It is predominantly all that I use. I just opened my bottle, and I'm just getting started with it. I can't wait to see how it cleans in my home. I will write more later and update this review. Don't hesitate on Healing Solutions brand because they are a very good company and their oils are very close to big name brands with big big prices. Just love them!

This was the fourth time I’ve reordered this Cleaning Blend and this time it doesn’t smell at all like the others! It’s like they forgot to add the Lemongrass oil. It smells like pure Rosemary and Tea Tree. The bottle arrived with the lid incorrectly screwed on and it leaked out inside of the little ziplock bag so I immediately smelled it. So strong and unpleasant. It’s not worth my time to return it or try to get a refund so I’m calling it a loss. But they’ve lost my future business, poor quality control.

I love the concept of this idea BUT I hate the smell. I was expecting a lemony or pine kind of smell but this smells EXACTLY like citronella and I cannot stand the smell. I ordered this because they say if you are not satisfied they will give your money back so I figured I would try it. Now we’ll see if they stick to their word and actually give me my money back. This definitely is not a “clean” smell

I opened it when it arrived and it smelled strongly of citronella. I thought it would maybe smell better diluted in a DIY cleaner or diffused in a diffuser...not the case! I only used one drop in 4 cups of water and vinegar and it was so strong. My house reeked of citronella, just not a scent I want inside my house.When I purchased, I thought this would be a lemon-ish scented oil that I could use for DIY cleaners.

This is THE worst smell ever! I went off a review and they talked about how clean it smelled.... Umm not sure what they were used to, but I would rather smell my garbage than this. Actually that's what I had gotten it for was to freshen my kitchen. I was so glad when the scent finally wore off.

Smells surprising good and seems potent. I’ve been diffusing to clean the air but I would do it just for the scent. It’s light and has notes of lemongrass, which is different from most cleaning blends.
