I bought this for myself in November and it has made a real difference in my moods. I tried a sheet and a pillow cover but neither seem to give me the same positive effect as the mat. I'm buying two more for my daughter and granddaughter and I hope it does for them what it has for me. A new lease on life and much less pain.

I honestly feel a difference. I am really happy with this and had little expectations for the price and size. It’s great! Small size and I can keep it plugged in and move it around whether working sleeping etc. I find it calms me down a lot. I can also feel physically the energetic change. In terms of functionality I was able to feel what I think is called a grounding loop and using my computer at the same time which just means when I was standing on this and touched my laptop that was plugged in the feeling in my hands meant that there were 2 conflicting energies happening at the same time. The loop of the laptop and the loop of me to the grounding mat were different. To me that proved it works. When I unplugged the laptop, the loop went away.I have a hard time getting outside to ground safely in a built up area where I wouldn’t be putting my feet in pesticides grass and dog poop filled areas of green so this has been a really great addition for me. Really surprised with how much better I feel when I use it. It’s subtle but it gets me more motivated!I’m using this to assist with low motivation and mood as well as pots regulation. :)

I just love this grounding mat. It’s comfortable and easy to use very effective portables so I can use it anywhere and it functions just great. All I need to do is use it more to see more of those fantastic grounding health benefits.

I have neuropathy in both my hands and feet which started right after my chemotherapy ended. I also have restless leg syndrome. I have wanted to try grounding since I am at such a high risk of falling and the Doctors want me to wear socks and sneakers all of the time, this was the best way for me to get some grounding in at home.I have used it on my ottoman for my feet and legs and my husband has used it on the living room floor for his feet. So far I sleep through the night better on the days I use it. I have not been able to feel my feet and hands for over two years and I have gotten back some feeling to my feet after I have used it but it dwindles away over time until I use the mat again.So now that I am used to having it and using it more often I want to document where I am getting feeling and how long it lasts. I can not officially say that the mat has done this but it is the only difference I have made.It is super easy to set up and use. Comes with clear instructions and a grounding tester to make sure you can ground safely. I am excited to see how this works over a longer period.

Do not use this product. It is dangerous and ended up with me in the emergency room with symptoms I am still having over a month later. When I received the product, I followed the instructions to test my outlet for proper ground. Everything was fine so I plugged in the mat and used it for 30 minutes. Immediately after, my heart started racing and I had odd sensations radiating down my arms and legs. The next day, I began having intermittent heart palpitations, shortness of breath, tinnitus, and twitching in my lower legs. I still have these symptoms a month later and they are not subsiding. My doctor believes I may have a damaged nervous system which is causing the palpitations, shortness of breath and other symptoms. If you value your health you will not buy this product. These mats are dangerous. My entire life has been altered by the use of this product as I continue to have medical appointments to properly diagnose and treat these symptoms.

Got for my daughter. First time using it the pain in her legs went away. Then she slept on it and the pains in her back went away. She has been using this daily and said it is the best gift she ever got! She hardly ever goes barefoot and it has helped tremendously and functions great. It is also portable and comes in a cute cylinder container. The quality is great and it is durable. I would buy again and would recommend you try it. It also has an outlet tester to make sure you’re grounded properly. That’s a great idea.

Personally I think it’s way too thin. So it’s over priced in my opinion. It gives a little comfort in your feet but not for long.

I just got this product and I have to tell you, I do feel a nice difference in my legs. I did not expect any miracles.I used it for 30 minutes first and then I slept a good 5 hours on it; disconnected it when I got up to use the bathroom and I ended up sleeping 8 hours which for me is unusual being that I am a musician and my sleep cycle is not the greatest. The next day I worked outside cutting firewood and had really good energy, I have always believed in grounding thru the actual earth (dirt) but this is much more convenient and it does work. So far I am pleased.
