The pictures show how this item arrived in this packaging. The boxes have seen better days and the box that the crystal came in the blue box you can see from the pictures how old and worn out it looks. This was supposed to be a gift but i have just tried it since i only managed to get an adaptor today as its 2 pin plug and surprise surprise it doesnt work. Do not buy from this company. Disgusted!!!
