Not bad
Not strong enough to hold you leg

Decent footrest - some might find the grippy plastic uncomfortable.
Overall decent footrest and comfortable to use. Build quality of the hinge could be better as when it's raised up it feels slightly unstable like it could break if too much force is used. The textured grippy plastic may not appeal to everyone (I use it barefoot no problem). This would have been more comfortable if it was made out of a softer material. I don't regret buying this and I use it daily for several hours without problem.

Perfect
I did not think I was going to enjoy the rocking motion so I kept the box just incase I wanted to return it. I have kept it. I am using it while I work at home the nubs are good for being barefoot or in socks. I'm not sure I would like to use this with dress shoes on though.
