Amazon Basics Pet Activity Center and Feeder, White

Amazon doesn’t let me review each model separately even though I bought two completely different models. Here’s my review for the white one (the one with the bowl up top) I don’t see this being used as the main feeding station. Some of the kibble sized food first comes easily out of some of the openings and the rest is super hard to reach. I suppose you can use it with treats but mine is collecting dust. It wasn’t a particularly good purchase. One star.Here’s my review for the green puzzle feeder: this one is actually great. It slowed my cats eating considerably and he doesn’t eat out of boredom much anymore since he has to work for getting the food and he’s just lazy. I also own a catit brand feeder with tubes which my cat figures out really fast and just eats as fast as he would from a regular bowl so this puzzle type feeder is better than that. My only complaint for the green feeder is the crevices where the small kibble gets stuck sometimes. But for the price I’m not complaining that much. 4.5 stars for the green feeder.

Our kitten is just under 12 weeks and is being fed 4 times a day (mix of wet and dry food). He eats super fast so we wanted something to slow him down and this has worked perfectly for his dry food. He very quickly worked out how to get his kibble out but obviously takes him longer to actually eat it by the time he's taken all the little bits out. Keeps him entertained as well which is great. We feed him kibble twice a day in this and so far have no complaints and it's fairly inexpensive as well so a great solution if you're looking to get your cat to eat slower.

Perfect for my cat, she usualy eats her food way too fast then throws up so this was the perfect solution to slow her down!Keeps her busy for a while too and really decent price

I bought this to give my house cat something to interest him when feeding. Surprisingly (to me at least) he mastered the covered pots right away but refuses to eat from the larger purple part of the bowl. Rather than do that he has learned to tip it up so the biscuits go all over the floor, so it is no longer in use. I bought the Catit Senses 2.0 Food Tree Interactive Cat Feeder instead which my lazy boy prefers slightly insofar as he will actually knock biscuits down and eat them if his bowl is empty. Your cat may well be different but this was our experience.There is nothing wrong with the construction of this feeder and it does in my view represent value for money, it's just that Ser Pouncealot is not interested, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

My indoor cat according to the behavioral specialist had signs of boredom at home and hense started hunting my legs for fun. The specialist suggested me getting him a puzzle feeder to make him feel that he is actually hunting for food and it would keep him busy. I chose this one and my cat loved it. He keeps going round and round it trying to fish out more snacks. He seems to be paying no attention to my legs so far.
