I bought this as a present for my parents, not having used any type of electric foot massager before.I have had reflexology foot treatment.Whilst obviously not the same as manual reflexology this product is simple to use with two modes and two levels of strength. It does the job and I am satisfied with the higher level of pressure when chosen. My parents are happy with the product - I did not try the heated massage option.
