Two Year Ownership Report, and I Still Love It!
I bought my LEEF sleeping bag a little over two years ago before a three week road trip to Alaska, and since then have probably spent 60 to 70 nights sleeping in it between various roadtrips and overnights stops at friends’ houses. I really like that the bag keeps me warm regardless of temperature - the only time I’ve ever felt cold was during brutal winds at 11,000 feet up the side of a mountain in Colorado, and without windchill temperatures were around 10 degrees F. Due to poor setup of our tent, wind was able to go underneath our rainfly and blow directly onto me, so I blame user error for that one, not the bag. After extensive use, the LEEF bag has held up very well. Before I pack it up after a trip I am always sure to clean it and let it air out for a few hours, but other than that I haven’t felt a need to be terribly delicate with it. From the mountains of Alaska to the beaches of Mississippi and Louisiana, this bag has served me well and it no worse for the wear as a result. I’m also very impressed that despite spending 75% of the year compressed into a storage bag, the sleeping bag itself hasn’t deformed and become lumpy, as so many other bags I’ve had do.I only have two minor complaints about the bag. The first is that it takes some practice to be able to roll it up and fit it into the carrying case - I’d suggest doing this a few times at home before attempting it on the trail. The second is that despite me being a relatively small person (5’6”, 135 pounds), I do feel a little cramped when I zip the bag all the way up. This is, of course, the nature of a mummy bag, but I feel it is worth forewarning that if you are the type of person who rolls around a lot in your sleep, you may want to try out a friend’s mummy bag before buying one yourself. I’ve never found myself unable to sleep on account of the bag being too small, but sometime it does take a little more adjusting to get comfortable than it would take me in a traditional sleeping bag. If a larger concern is space conservation in your bag rather than extra wiggle room while sleeping, then this bag is perfect. I’ve fit it into my hiking backpack with zero issues, and appreciate that the carrying sack has straps on it that can ratchet down and compress the bag even more to fit into smaller spaces.Overall, this sleeping bag has served me well for several years and I hope to keep using it for years to come. At only around $70, this is a very good investment and I have been very happy with quality, comfort, and size. I couldn’t recommend strongly enough!

Great bag, difficult to move around in.
I bought this bag for my spouse after a LOT of sleeping bag research. In most ways I think this bag is perfect. Well-constructed, great zipper fluidity, handles cold temperatures with ease but can also ventilate nicely when it's warmer, has great features like a zippered inside pouch for stuff like keys, earbuds, or a phone. It also looks great. However, one of its strengths that many people will love is also its core weakness for my partner: The inner lining. It is so incredibly soft and so luxurious. But it also makes it very difficult to move around inside the bag. It's hard to turn your body, it's hard to slide down into the bag, it's just a lot of resistance and it feels too claustrophobic for my partner. I think a person could offset this by always unzipping the bag before climbing in, or by not rolling around in the bag to adjust or something, but it's too much hassle for my partner. Alas!

Great sleeping bag, very warm! Saved me from a miserable couple of cold, wet nights!
I've used this sleeping bag a bunch of times since I bought it. I'm a bigger guy (6', 260 pounds) and I can fit comfortably in this sleeping bag with no issues and some leg room. In summer of 2018 I went on a bike-camping trip along the GAP trail in Pennsylvania and Maryland. During this trip, it rained for the first couple of days and nights, so that sucked. I also had a terrible Ozark Trail tent (pictured as the dark-green tent) that had absolutely no airflow capabilities, so condensation built up on the inside BADLY. One day I woke up with puddles inside my tent and water covering the inside walls of my tent. The outside of my Teton sleeping bag was moist, but I didn't feel a thing. In fact, I was incredibly warm on the inside of my dry sleeping bag. If it wasn't for this sleeping bag I would have not gotten sleep at all that night, because the rain was hitting the tent walls knocking droplets off of the inside of the tent and raining down on top of me all night. This sleeping bag must be semi-water-repellant because the inside of the sleeping bag was nice and dry the entire trip. All I had to do was hang up my sleeping bag every morning before packing up and it dried pretty quickly, and it was ready to go. It packed up great for our bike-camping trip and was lightweight. Temperatures during our trip got down into the 40's and I was warm wearing nearly nothing but underwear. I have slept in the sleeping bag before in 30 degree weather and in a long-sleeve shirt and boxers I was perfectly warm. I can see myself sleeping in the 20's or even teens with just a hoodie on or sweatpants. Overall I love my sleeping bag and can't recommend the Teton bag enough. Also, if you have a dog, they will try to climb into your sleeping bag and sleep in it so you might want to get a second one just for them because sleeping in a mummy bag with a dog can be a pain lol.

Its a winner.
I've had a chance to have this bag out a few times now. I needed a bag that fit the gap between my 0F degree bags, and the other things I might use if night time temperatures are above 65F. This bag would be my general use bag when night time temps were between 39F and 55F. So far, it seems that it will fit that use perfectly. Due to the limited range of temperature, what I wanted in return was something that packed very small and wasn't too heavy. I think Teton hit another home run in balancing performance and value on this bag. It is hard to beat for the price. If you paid a lot more, what you would get in return is something lighter. But not much. I am 6'2" and this bag is the perfect length for me. I think anything taller than that, and you might start to run into issues. I have about 1" play at the head and feet. I have broad shoulders, and the bag is about the perfect size for a mummy bag. So for those wanting maximum comfort while car camping, where size and weight are not so important, you might want to get something with more room. If you want excellent value for a bag that works with backpacking, this bag is a winner. Given the price, the fact that it comes with a high quality compression bag (not a flimsy easy to rip one) is a great bonus!

Good backpacking bag, I sleep warm
Tested two times now, very pleased. First trip was local to test new gear, this bag included. It was late February in the Midwest, temps got from mid to lower 30's at night. I did have to put on my thermal top mid way through the night but I'm a little bigger and can't really close the top comfortably so that's not entirely the bag I don't think. When I did get it closed completely and pulled the hood closed it was definitely warmer. That test trip was also about as cold as I'd normally choose to use it if not a bit cooler.Second trip was to the Absroka Beartooth wilderness for backpacking in early August, about 7,500 ft above sea level. I don't know exact temps but I'm guessing not lower than 40's overnight, probably stayed in the 50's. I started most nights warm with the bag partly unzipped and then zipped it up part way through. No extra clothing needed ever, no issues being warm when I needed to.It packs very small and light compared to what I'm used to. Takes work to get it into the compression sack but no more than I'd expect. I was backpacking both trips and would recommend it as backpacking gear for sure, this is no car camping bag pretending to be for backpacking.I may yet purchase the liner but only because it can be washed. Instructions on Tetons website say not to put their sleeping bags in a washing machine. I found instructions in a reviewe for doing so that I may try, we'll see. Not being able to machine wash it may be my only disappointment.
