Very Small Bag of Pellets - Therefore Super Expensive
I liked the fact that these Grill Pellets are smaller than some of the other brands I have tried. They work well in the automated feeder of my Green Mountain Grill. However, these bags are VERY SMALL. It took two of these "5lb" bags to fill the small hopper on my grill and I burned both of them up during one long cook of two Boston Butts! Much less expensive to order other brands or buy locally. I dont recommend because the price is too high for the quantity. Quality is good but it needs to be noted that they are blended and arent 100% pure wood of the species indicated on the bad.

Cherry is always my favorite go to smoke flavor to add to meat and fish. It's sweeter than other woods and is rarely acrid. Do keep an eye whatever you are smoking to avoid overdoing water. I use less time and gradually go longer.

Blended so that is why they are so cheap.
Not 100% cherry wood. These are blended with alderwood and other hardwoods. Will be buying other brands now as you can tell the difference.

Terrific taste and burns slowly and evenly in my smoker tube. Once loaded, it will burn for about 2.5 hrs.
