Izunami

I have owned only one flat iron prior to purchasing this one. I have Toni & Guy ionic flat iron with ceramic plates, which works pretty well. I previously used my mum's Babyliss, which I absolutely hated because it would catch my hair and did not glide, but sort of yanked. A hairstylist I used to go to used a Cloud 9 on my hair and that was a great experience. I will probably get a Cloud 9 in future.My experience with the Izunami so far had been very good. I've used it 3 times so far. It definitely is "love at first glide". The tourmaline plates heat up quickly. The iron glides over the hair, like butter :) I find that I don't have to go over the same section of hair more than twice to get it straight. Definitely worth the bucks.

My wife purchased this item from Amazon. It worked great for two weeks and then quit. I contacted the Manufacturer and they stated that they do not honor their warranty unless it is purchased from an authorized vendor. Any company that would not honor a warranty for something purchased from Amazon really does not want your business. So don't give it to them.

I brought this for a Christmas gift for my daughter. She totally loves it, she had no idea what she was missing using the cheaper flat irons...If I could give it more stars I would. Thanks for making a great product, it glides through the hair smooth as butter!

LOVE this! It is so much better than the Chi that I had previously. It heats up super fast and then cools down super fast and it gets so much hotter so doing my hair in the morning is now super quick.

Thanks but it did not straighten as well as I would have liked but did receive shipment on time.

Absolutely love it! Heats up in seconds and my hairs done in a matter of minutes. I usually go for hot tools but decided to give this a try. Don't think I will buy another hair straightener again!

My hair stylist recommended this brand of straightening iron and I love it. My hair is less damaged since I started using this iron.
