Great Product
I love this product, the taste is amazing. I wish it hadn't been shipped using UPS they badly damaged the box and packaging. Luckily none of the jars were broken and nothing was stolen from the box

Broken bottle!
We have purchased this item many times and have loved the seasoning. This is the first time we’ve had any issue with the bottles. One of the bottles leaked out inside the packaging and was thrown in the garbage. Just thought you would like to know.

Would give negative stars if possible. Product arrived with a broken seal with the seasoning leaking out, see photo. No returns. No replacements. See others have had this problem. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Broken bottle
Bad packaging. One of the 3 bottles broke. I would like a replacement. The product is fantastic but wasn’t safely packed.

Really great authentic Jerk flavor .... Works great in my Jerk recipe that I share for you .....
Bought a bottle to try, Now bought a triple pack, cause gives that flavorful rich spicy moderately hot authentic Jamaican Jerk flavor.. Just a few teaspoons to a two pounds of chicken thighs on the bone that I have skinned. I dry rub them overnight in the refrigerator with a Jerk Rub that is 1/4 Penzy Spice Chicken Jerk dry rub, 1/4 Penzy Spice Pork Jerk dry rub and 1/2 Carib Jerk dry rub. I find the Carib a nice base but too mild. In the overnight dry rub, I add a few shakes of hot pepper flakes, 1/4 cup of light low salt soy sauce, and a 1/8 cup of olive oil, roll in and hand mix all together. Its all dry to slightly moist, no liquid.. In the morning I add a few teaspoons of the Walkerswood Hot and Spicy Jerk paste to the two pound of chicken thighs. The jars are really a paste, which is a good thing, not a liquid marinade. I put back in refrigerator all day and take out late afternoon to counter to warm up. I BBQ them at about 275 for about an hour, with some alderwood smoke pellets in a smoke tube. I light the tube up with a small plumbers propane torch. If I want it even spicy hotter than I splash some Walkerswood Fire Stick hot sauce on them. Yum. Leftovers make a nice addition into a home made white bean gumbo, which is a crossover concept, but is tasty.
