Worth Every Penny!
The Foxwell BT 705 Battery Tester is one of the best options for DIY mechanics or professionals. It boots up quickly, provides accurate results, and the extra length of the heavy duty cables allow you to bring the unit inside the vehicle for alternator and starter testing. The heavy duty carrying case is an added bonus that protects your investment. This unit recently helped me diagnose a bad battery and ensure my alternator and started were functioning properly. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent product to anyone. Testing the battery, started, and alternator before a long road trip gives peace of mind. I wish that I had purchased this sooner.

Starting test and load test can be done by one person sitting in their vehicle.
Great battery tester, so far. I was using a volt ohm meter and an older battery tester, load tester and voltmeter combo. The BT-705 battery analyzer is a perfect replacement. The tester is compact, solidly built and easy to use. I love that it also analyzes the alternator. The long cable allows the operator to test with the meter inside your vehicle. One person testing, no need for help. Great price for an excellent battery analyzer and super fast shipping. Also, the BT-705 comes in a very nice storage case. Don't delay, buy today.

A must have to check batteries and charging systems
I have used this many times since I bought this and it has worked great! It saved me from having to replace alternators because it would test the cranking amps as well as the system charging system. Really handy to have instead of taking your suspect battery to the store to have it checked…

Almost 5 Stars
Let me begin by saying I'm a DIYer. There are so many battery anylizers and testers available it begs the question which one to pick. Below is my list of Pros and Cons for this tester are:Pros:1 - The tester itself feels like its made of good quality materials.2 - Its larger and gives you the industrial feel.3 - The buttons are easy to work and the software is easy to follow.4 - The length of the test leads is awesome.5 - The storage case is durable and will protect the tester foreverCons:1 - The bluetooth printer feature only connects to the foxwell printer. (I assumed it would connect to any bluetooth printer)2 - It only stores that last test. I have read that other testers will store the last 50 to 100 tests. This would've been nice.3 - The price is a little high for what you are getting compared to the others on the market. I dont think the extra lead length and the case are worth double the price.Testing Experience:1st test - my first test was on a car that is only driven for short trips and the battery is less than six months old. I expected the results to be that the battery needs to be charged. The tester reported the battery as bad and needed to be replaced. I charged the battery for the day and tested again. The tester changed its mind and said it was a good battery, the cranking was good and the charging system was good.2nd test - this test was completed on my daily commuter car. The test results were good battery needs to be charged . I had no expectations for this battery. I looked to be original, so it could've gone either way.3rd test - this test was completed on a marine battery (Engine Battery) that has been hooked up to a battery tender all winter. The test results returned a good battery4th test - this test was completed on another marine battery (House Battery) that has been on a battery tender all winter. This battery is rated for 600 CCA. The tester reported a good battery that measured 900 CCA. I'm not sure how this can be or if its safe or if the tester is wrong. If this could've printed to any bluetooth printer and if it could store more than just the last test i would've given it 5 stars. I have learned of some inconvenient work arounds for the cons that will work with any of the battery testers on the market. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because of the length of the test leads. The length of the test leads is with a full start by themselves. The leads allow you to perform the test from the driver seat of the vehicle which is a huge convenience. If this tester only had the short leads like all the others I would've given it 3 stars and purchased a cheaper unit that does the samething.

Knowledge is power & savings.
Money well spent so much that I am going to get a second one. I saw this used in project farms video where he was trying to salvage old batteries and allowed him to check the overall health of the battery. This did exactly what I needed with no nonsense and relative ease of use. It let me know the health of a battery that was in question which was not in good health at all. As a bonus it confirmed the alternator was putting out good voltage and was healthy. What a relief to know I didn't need to spend almost 400 bucks on an oem alternator for a specific Japanese auto brand and just needed a $200 quality battery to solve the issue.
