Upon delivery, I unpacked it & left it flat on a spare bed for almost 2 weeks - this got every last crease out of it as well as any odor (not that I really detected any). When I slept on it, it was soft w/o being too mushy. Slept better than I had in months, no more back aches either sleeping on my back or sides. Tried many mattresses including sleep number air beds, foam hybrids, & conventional and none were as comfortable as this. I hope the manufacturer doesn't change the foam. Only thing that may be bothersome to some is it can get a bit warm after a couple of hours, but I just move to another area or poke my feet/legs out. Before buying an expensive mattress would suggest giving this a try, wish I thought of it years ago. Holding up well so far.

When we received thought it was going to be returned as it was flat and too small. After setting on bed it popped into form very thick and fit perfect. After sleeping on it for several weeks it has helped so much with getting comfortable sleep and waking up refreshed.

I bought this mattress topper to use with a sofa bed. Since I haven't actually slept on it, my rating is based on my sense of the increase in comfort when I lie on it. It was well packed into a rectangular box, and it did take about three days before it opened up fully. On two sides, a portion of the edges never filled out completely, but since it was just on the edges, and I couldn't imagine how I would get the topper back into the box to return it, I've decided to keep it. I didn't have any issue with any smells from the topper. The real test will come after my first guest sleeps on it--fingers crossed!

We used this for our camper and it really added some comfort to the mattress. I slept excellent on our first trip out this season. It was easy to cut to fit our smaller camper mattress.

The media could not be loaded. This was my first time ever buying a mattress topper and this one made me fall in love with them. I was always skeptic about them but dang does it make a difference! It is so comfortable and soft but yet you don’t sink into it. I usually would wake up with lower back pain but not anymore. It has the slightest smell from the packaging but I think that is out of the company’s hands. It regains its shape so quickly! I am on the heavier side so I was nervous to see how it would handle my weight, but no complains. I absolutely love and recommend this!

I was looking for something to make my mattress more comfy. Hands down one of the best purchases ever. You do have to adjust it every so often but I’ve had it for a year and a half and whenever i sleep in a different bed I can’t wait to go home and get back into my comfy bed.

First of all it arrived over a week later than the "guaranteed" delivery date, and the box showed up extremely damaged and full of holes. So after I finally received it and got it all opened up and laid out flat I noticed an air bubble in the center. I figured it would go away once it finally fluffed up. I was so wrong. This thing NEVER fluffed up. These photos were taken FOUR DAYS after it was laid out flat. 4 days later and it never fluffed, un crinkled, or expanded in anyway, and the air bubble was still there. I figured maybe I just got a bad apple so ok I'll send it back and get a replacement. Well guess what, the replacement was just as bad after, again, another 4 days, pictures also shown. This product is pure crap!!! Save yourself a lot of wasted time and money and buy absolutely anything else. This is nothing but a scam out for your money.

I disagree with all the reviews. This mattress pad is super squishy and offers no support. And it is also extremely hot and heat trapping.After 2 nights. I’ve only sweated and made my back pain worse. I do not recommend this unless you want to sink into a hole. It’s hard to get out of bed, but not in a good way.
