verykool Giant s5020 5.0" LCD Android 5.1 Unlocked GSM Smartphone (White)

I was looking for a bigger size phone since the name says verykool , but it worked very well and had excellent reception . Notice I use the word had , I no long have the phone now , because I sat the phone on top of my car and it sled off of it on to the pavement parking area as I was getting out of my car and the glass cracked so badly that I did not worried about trying to get it fixed .

I bought this not to use as a phone but for the fm radio feature, (the big mame brand phones don't have this feature) and to use as a music player, better than buying a mp3 player, great sound quality, takes great pictures and videos, it handles playing HD videos very well, only gave it 4 stars because the bluetooth paring is a little hard some times you have to try several times to get your device to connect, and people think it looks like an iPhone, so for 99.00 bucks I think I got a great deal. If someone is looking for a starter smartphone this would be a great start, thanks Verykool for making a great product that can compete with the big guys.Update to this review the temperd glass on the phone was not so tempered, had it in my back pocket and it cracked, can't find a service center other than in another country, so you may want to rethink if you want to purchase this product or not, I really like the phone for what I bought it for.

GPS antenna seems sub-standard. It can't hold a consistent GPS connection when using google maps. My wife's phone works fine in the same area, so I know it's not a weak signal. Also, after a couple of months I started seeing weird vertical striping artifacts on screen. Tried contacting Verykool warranty, but only getting crickets.

Good price-does all you can want-One of the best displays I have used including my 6+ IPhone.

I RECEIVED THE PHONE IN VERY GOOD CONDITIONS BUT THE CHARGER DID NOT WORK WITH THE PHONE SO I TRIED OTHER CHARGER DID NOT WORK EITHER.

Just bought the 5020 January 1, 2017 and it just died on me two day ago! I just had it three months don't buy it!!!!

Waste of money and time. It couldn't support 3G network internationally. Much pain

Bad product, GPS doesn't Work from the open box, key pad hard to use.Screen broke in my front pocket all of a sudden.Got no clue what to do with it now.Customers care doesn't respond...
