helps beginners learn to sew -- easy style
Though not as easy to sew as other "learn to sew" patterns, this dress pattern has great usefulness and style. It is a good way for an experienced sewist to "supervise" new sewing skills for less experienced early beginners. I bought the pattern because of the style and variety it provides and was not disappointed. Some of the required sewing techniques seem more like advanced beginner tasks. However, those tasks are excellent skills to learn. My only concern is if a beginner were to try this on his/her own, it might be more challenging and frustrating without a "mentor" to help.

Easily adjusted pattern
Wife made both grand daughters easter dresses. They looked great. Just wished they had found cheaper material.
