This compost tumbler seems to be working fine for what I wanted so far. It wasn’t too hard to assemble, but having help is good since getting the clips for the side pieces was a little challenging. We used a small hammer and nothing broke. What I wish I had known about this: You will attract flying insects that are probably gnats and fruit flies - so if you want to put this on a patio or deck, make sure it is away from the door and door is closed when you open it. Also debris falls out of the small air holes when you spin this. Not an issue if it’s on the ground, but ours is on a patio, so it’s annoying. I’m looking for a tray to put under it when I rotate it.Overall, I think it’s good quality and holds quite a bit of material. It seems like it will last. If you want a small tumbler, this is a good option.

Junto en envases en el refrigerador, los desechos vegetales de un mes y los composto junto con las hojas y flores que caen a nuestro balcón. La primera vez tarda 6 semanas, después con un poco de esa tierra nueva, vierto los nuevos desechos y tarda 4 semanas aprox. Tiene orificios en las esquinas, recomiendo poner un cartón o bandeja abajo, para recoger el líquido que escurre, limpiar la superficie con cada cambio de composta. Es perfecto para los desechos que se generan al cocinar para dos personas.

The composter seems sturdy enough. Easy enough to put together if you use the scanned instructions and not the pdf, though the pdf was good for scrolling back to see what parts H and G were, for example. The scanned instructions and pdf contradict each other a bit. Anyway, the only issue I found was putting coffee grounds in it on my apartment balcony. They fall out through the little holes and make a bit of a mess. But it's not the composter's fault. Probably designed to go outside on dirt.

Es muy práctico, de materiales resistentes, fácil de armar, llevo apenas pocos días usándolo, no he notado olores, solo algunas mosquitas de las de fruta, pero le acabo echar un poco de tierra y hojas, espero en algunos meses tener ya mi primera tierra de composta.
