Quality for the price.My husband and I are now empty nesters so the kids room became guest rooms. Perfect for any size luggage and a place at the bottom for shoes.They fold up easily if you don’t want to leave them out. Store in the closet or under the bed if needed.

I'm glad I went ahead and ordered this despite some of the negative reviews I read. This is a nice addition to my guest room and can be folded up and put away when not in use. It's very practical if it holds up. I haven't noticed the issue yet with the bottom shelf not staying put when collapsed, but that shouldn't be too much of an issue, I can just put some string around it when it's stored in the closet, definitely not a deal breaker for me if it did. Also, there is a rather large sticker on it that caused a problem for another customer, but I removed it quickly upon delivery and while it took a bit of doing, it also wasn't an issue. All in all this is a great purchase for its intended use and the price can't be beat! Amazon delivery was spot on as well!!

This luggage rack is beautifully made, originates from Thailand (not China), is classy and has a very nice finish. Given the very reasonable price, I was actually surprised by the quality of the wood and the finish. The added bonus is the bottom shelf, which is usually available on slightly more expensive models. The rack is quite sturdy and stable either on the floor or on carpet. Overall, this is a 5 star product. The only reason I gave 4 stars for "easy to fold" is because the bottom slatted rack needs a little bit of precision positioning to get it aligned with the rest of the folded frame. The magnets that hold it in place are very small, and it is easy to overshoot the precise alignment. But, it is easy to get it back into place. Otherwise, a great product, especially for the price.

Overall quality of this item is "good". Would have been "excellent" if not for the SAFETY STICKER removal, and straps being secured with only 2 staples for each strap. I've read that the item stands up well to use, but with 2 staples, I'm concerned about the long term. As others have noted, the "safety label" is impossible to successfully remove. At first, you don't realize it's on the size of the bottom shelf that you don't see (I should have left it alone). You see it - and immediately try and remove it. No way that label can be removed without a lot of work. It comes off leaving heavy glue residue and white paper left behind. I used "goof off" - and my thumb nail to slowly scrape, and after about 20 minutes, it was 99% clean - but with much of the black/brownish finish also coming off for the wood slate it was on. Like I said, it's the side that faces down - when assembled you don't see it, not worried that i ruined the item. - you do however see it leaning on the wall in your closet. If not for the GLUE STICKER, even with the straps being help by only 2 staples, I would have given it a 5. The wood is heavy/solid, and does it's job....

Having a luggage rack can change your life. What a great way to welcome guests to your home, such as friends or family, when there is a luggage rack in their room. What a great thing to have when packing before, or unpacking after your own trip. The use goes beyond just luggage, too.The wood construction is much nicer than having a metal one. The rack folds up nicely, and can be stored in a closet, behind furniture, or even under a bed. The only drawback is the bottom shelf does not always stay, clicked in, and perhaps a latch on one side would be better.This was such a great buy, that I bought a second one.

This is sturdy and looks great, love the wood . Husband suitcase is pretty big and it fits on it very nicely.Would definitely order again

I have ordered 4 over the last year or so- 2 for my MIL. They are ready to use right out of the box, look great, sturdy and reliable. Guests always appreciate designated spots for their luggage (and keeps it off the bed/couch) and so much easier than having your bag on the floor. My husband travels extensively for work and is packing suitcases constantly. He grabbed this from the guest room and it worked perfectly! He didn’t like that it was a little bulky for taking in and out all the time so we bought a smaller metal one from another brand/seller. Big mistake. Lots of issues putting together and missing pieces. It definitely isn’t low profile but considering the construction and aesthetic, it is amazing. We are now finding ourselves hosting usually more than 2 guests at a time so will likely purchase another coming up. No hesitation- just buy it.
